【摘要】：“低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)”提出的大背景，是全球氣候變暖對(duì)人類生存和發(fā)展的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。隨著全球人口和經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模的不斷增長(zhǎng)，能源使用帶來的環(huán)境問題及其誘因不斷地為人們所認(rèn)識(shí)，不止是煙霧、光化學(xué)煙霧和酸雨等的危害，大氣中二氧化碳（C02）濃度升高帶來的全球氣候變化也已被確認(rèn)為不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí)。在此背景下，“碳足跡”、“低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)”、“低碳技術(shù)”、“低碳發(fā)展”、“低碳生活方式”、“低碳社會(huì)”、“低碳城市”、“低碳世界”等一系列新概念、新政策應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。而能源與經(jīng)濟(jì)以至價(jià)值觀實(shí)行大變革的結(jié)果，可能將為逐步邁向生態(tài)文明走出一條新路，即：摒棄20世紀(jì)的傳統(tǒng)增長(zhǎng)模式，直接應(yīng)用新世紀(jì)的創(chuàng)新技術(shù)與創(chuàng)新機(jī)制，通過低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)模式與低碳生活方式，實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 山西省作為我國(guó)的煤炭大省，也是能源消耗大省，由于傳統(tǒng)山西工業(yè)對(duì)于能源的巨大利用，而山西省高污染、高能耗產(chǎn)業(yè)給環(huán)境帶來的巨大危害，由于歷史、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)展模式和思想認(rèn)識(shí)等多方面的原因，山西環(huán)境污染程度之重，由污染、生態(tài)等問題造成的問題和矛盾相當(dāng)突出，山西省也因此被冠以全國(guó)污染之最的“黑帽”。巨大的污染不僅給當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裆町a(chǎn)生了負(fù)面影響，同時(shí)由于煤炭資源的不可持續(xù)性，使得近年來山西省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展受到了資源與能源供應(yīng)的限制，因此急需研究適合山西省的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展道路。 本文正是基于這樣的目的，通過結(jié)合低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)概念與原理對(duì)煤炭的低碳化利用及可持續(xù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究分析，，通過對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的處理與模型分析，以定量與定性結(jié)合的方式研究適合山西省煤炭的低碳化利用及可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:The background of low carbon economy is a severe challenge to human survival and development caused by global warming. As the global population and economic scale continue to grow, environmental problems and their causes of energy use have been recognized, not only by the hazards of smog, photochemical smog and acid rain, The global climate change caused by the increase of carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration in the atmosphere has also been recognized as an indisputable fact. In this context, "carbon footprint", "low-carbon economy", "low-carbon technology", "low-carbon development", "low-carbon lifestyle", "low-carbon society", "low-carbon city", "low-carbon world" and so on are a series of new concepts. The new policy came into being. The result of great changes in energy, economy and even values may lead to a new path towards ecological civilization, that is, to abandon the traditional growth model of the 20th century and directly apply the innovative technologies and innovative mechanisms of the new century. Through the low-carbon economic model and low-carbon lifestyle to achieve sustainable social development. Shanxi Province, as a big coal province in our country, is also a big energy consuming province. Because of the huge utilization of energy by traditional Shanxi industry, and the great harm to the environment caused by high pollution and high energy consumption industry in Shanxi Province, because of the history and economic structure, There are many reasons, such as the development mode and thought understanding, the serious environmental pollution in Shanxi, the problems and contradictions caused by pollution and ecology, and so on. Shanxi Province is therefore called the "black hat" which is the most polluted in the whole country. The huge pollution not only has a negative impact on the local residents' lives, but also because of the unsustainable coal resources, the economic development of Shanxi Province has been restricted by the supply of resources and energy in recent years. Therefore, it is urgent to study the development road of low-carbon economy suitable for Shanxi Province. This paper is based on this purpose, through the combination of low-carbon economy related concepts and principles of coal low-carbon utilization and sustainable development of research and analysis, through the statistical data processing and model analysis. This paper studies the way of low carbonization and sustainable development of coal in Shanxi province by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.
