【摘要】：縣域經(jīng)濟是一個區(qū)域性與開放性兼?zhèn)涞幕窘?jīng)濟單元，在城市經(jīng)濟與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟之間起著橋梁作用，，是國民經(jīng)濟最基本的單元。自2002年以來，“縣域”和“縣域經(jīng)濟”的概念第一次被寫進黨的文獻，從而把縣域經(jīng)濟在國民經(jīng)濟中的地位擺在了突出位置。 進入新世紀以來，臨汾市縣域經(jīng)濟得到了長足發(fā)展，為全市的經(jīng)濟又好又快發(fā)展做出了突出貢獻。經(jīng)過多年建設(shè)，縣域基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不斷完善，農(nóng)民收入水平也在不斷提高，農(nóng)村發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，但是受到地理環(huán)境、社會、經(jīng)濟、歷史等方面的影響，臨汾縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展還存在一些問題，如縣與縣之間的差距不斷拉大，動搖了社會穩(wěn)定的根基。為此，只有縣域經(jīng)濟得到協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，才能從根本上推動臨汾市的健康發(fā)展。 全市共轄1區(qū)2市14縣，縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間的差異明顯。本文主要選取2012年臨汾市統(tǒng)計年鑒中的八項主要經(jīng)濟指標來描述全市縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況，運用因子分析和聚類分析多元統(tǒng)計方法，得出了縣域經(jīng)濟的綜合得分，并對結(jié)果進行了排序，以及將全市17個縣域劃分為三種不同的發(fā)展類型：經(jīng)濟發(fā)達類型、經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達類型和經(jīng)濟落后類型，基本呈現(xiàn)中部發(fā)達、東部次之，西部最落后的格局。通過對17個縣域經(jīng)濟特點的研究，進而對臨汾市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提出了可行性的發(fā)展對策，以期為全市縣域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和壯大提供科學(xué)的理論和實踐依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:County economy is a regional and open basic economic unit, which acts as a bridge between urban economy and rural economy, and is the most basic unit of national economy. Since 2002, the concepts of "county territory" and "county economy" have been written into the Party's literature for the first time, thus putting the status of county economy in a prominent position in the national economy. Since entering the new century, Linfen county economy has been greatly developed and has made outstanding contributions to the sound and rapid development of the whole city economy. After years of construction, the county infrastructure has been continuously improved, the level of farmers' income has also been continuously raised, and the rural areas have undergone earth-shaking changes, but they are affected by the geographical environment, society, economy, history, and so on. There are still some problems in the development of Linfen county economy, such as the widening gap between counties and counties, which shakes the foundation of social stability. Therefore, only the coordinated development of county economy can fundamentally promote the healthy development of Linfen City. The whole city has jurisdiction 1 district 2 cities 14 counties, the county area economy development difference is obvious. This paper mainly selects eight main economic indicators in the Statistical Yearbook of Linfen City in 2012 to describe the development of the county economy in the whole city, and obtains the comprehensive score of the county economy by using the multivariate statistical methods of factor analysis and cluster analysis. The results are sorted and the 17 counties in the whole city are divided into three different development types: economic development type, economic underdevelopment type and economic backwardness type, which basically presents the pattern of central developed, eastern second and western most backward. Through the study of the characteristics of 17 counties' economy, this paper puts forward feasible development countermeasures for the economic development of Linfen City, in order to provide scientific theoretical and practical basis for the development and expansion of the county economy in the whole city.
