江西省兩化融合狀況的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展模式也不斷改變。原來單純依靠資源環(huán)境投入而獲取經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的模式已不能適應(yīng)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的長期可持續(xù)發(fā)展需求。由信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的信息技術(shù),具有高滲透、高效益等特性,其所帶動的信息經(jīng)濟(jì)可以超越原有的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式。如何利用信息技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,提高傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)工業(yè)中的生產(chǎn)效率,提升企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)利潤水平,優(yōu)化社會資源配置,轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展模式,突破當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展瓶頸,成為越來越多專家學(xué)者關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。 基于上述背景,本文擬對江西省兩化融合狀況進(jìn)行深入分析,以期對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出綿薄貢獻(xiàn)。本文首先對當(dāng)前有關(guān)兩化融合的文章進(jìn)行分析,從兩化融合的理論研究、兩化融合的支持體系與融合機(jī)理、兩化融合與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間關(guān)系、兩化融合的政策安排等四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行梳理并從兩化融合的定義出發(fā),明晰了相關(guān)概念的內(nèi)涵。其次,通過構(gòu)建兩化融合的層次模型,明確了技術(shù)融合、產(chǎn)品融合、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合、產(chǎn)業(yè)衍生四個(gè)層次各自的內(nèi)涵；通過構(gòu)建當(dāng)前兩化融合梯度模型,明晰了兩化融合的推進(jìn)過程。通過對兩化融合的各種模式對比,分析了當(dāng)前兩化融合模式的適應(yīng)范圍與特點(diǎn)。從方向引導(dǎo)因素、拉力因素、推力因素、支撐因素等四個(gè)維度,歸納了兩化融合的影響因素并明確了兩化融合參與主體的內(nèi)在關(guān)系及其作用機(jī)理；通過構(gòu)建兩化融合的動力模型對兩化融合推進(jìn)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行了分析。再次,基于協(xié)同理論構(gòu)建了兩化融合的復(fù)合協(xié)同模型,利用收集到的數(shù)據(jù)對江西省、全國平均、以及中部幾個(gè)省份的兩化融合狀況進(jìn)行了分析,并在江西省兩化融合程度分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對江西省兩化融合程度與江西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了計(jì)量分析。最后,在相關(guān)實(shí)證研究基礎(chǔ)上,從政府、企業(yè)、支撐要素三個(gè)方面給出了相關(guān)建議。 本文通過實(shí)證分析,得到以下結(jié)果：(1)江西省兩化融合程度略低于全國平均水平,其中新型工業(yè)化水平低于全國平均水平,而江西省信息化程度高于全國平均水平。(2)整個(gè)中部地區(qū)兩化融合水平與全國平均水平相比,相對較為落后,但落后程度不多。(3)中部地區(qū)某些省份,信息化程度較高,后續(xù)發(fā)展?jié)撃苊黠@。(4)江西省兩化融合水平與江西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有穩(wěn)定關(guān)系,兩化融合水平可以作為江西省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的內(nèi)生變量。因此,本文認(rèn)為兩化融合對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有重要推動作用,江西省應(yīng)加大對信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的投入,深入推進(jìn)信息化,以信息化帶動工業(yè)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)江西中部崛起的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our economy, the mode of economic development is also changing. The mode of obtaining rapid economic development by relying solely on the input of resources and environment has not been able to meet the long-term sustainable development needs of China's economy. The information technology produced by the development of information industry has the characteristics of high permeability and high benefit, and the information economy driven by it can surpass the original economic development mode. How to combine information technology with traditional industrial production technology, improve the production efficiency in traditional production industry, improve the level of economic profit of enterprises, optimize the allocation of social resources, change the development mode, and break through the bottleneck of current economic development. Become the focus of more and more experts and scholars. Based on the above background, this paper intends to make an in-depth analysis of the situation of the integration of the two transformation in Jiangxi Province, with a view to making a modest contribution to the development of regional economy. This paper first analyzes the current articles on the integration of the two transformation, from the theoretical research of the fusion, the supporting system and mechanism of the integration, the relationship between the integration and the economic growth. The four aspects of the policy arrangement of the fusion are sorted out and the connotation of the related concepts is clarified from the definition of the two fusion. Secondly, by constructing the hierarchical model of the fusion, the connotation of the four levels of technology integration, product integration and industry derivation is clarified. Through the construction of the current gradient model of integration, the advancement process of the integration is clarified. Through the comparison of the two fusion models, the adaptability and characteristics of the current two fusion models are analyzed. From the four dimensions of direction leading factor, pulling force factor, thrust factor and supporting factor, this paper sums up the influencing factors of the two fusion and clarifies the internal relationship and the action mechanism of the two fusion participants. By constructing the dynamic model of the fusion, the operational mechanism of the fusion is analyzed. Thirdly, based on the coordination theory, the paper constructs a composite cooperative model of the two fusion systems, and analyzes the situation of the two fusion systems in Jiangxi Province, the national average and several central provinces by using the collected data. On the basis of the analysis of the degree of integration of the two transformation in Jiangxi Province, the relationship between the degree of fusion and the degree of economic development in Jiangxi Province is analyzed quantitatively. Finally, on the basis of relevant empirical research, this paper gives some suggestions from three aspects of government, enterprise and supporting factors. Through empirical analysis, the following results are obtained: (1) the degree of integration between the two industries in Jiangxi Province is slightly lower than the national average level, and the level of new-type industrialization is lower than the national average level. However, the level of informatization in Jiangxi Province is higher than the national average. (2) compared with the national average, the level of integration between the two regions in the whole central region is relatively backward, but the degree of backwardness is not much. (3) in some provinces of the central region, the level of informatization is relatively high. The potential of subsequent development is obvious. (4) there is a stable relationship between the level of integration and economic development in Jiangxi Province, and the level of integration can be regarded as an endogenous variable of economic growth in Jiangxi Province. Therefore, this paper holds that the integration of the two industries plays an important role in promoting regional economic growth. Jiangxi Province should increase its investment in the information industry, promote information technology in depth, promote industrialization with information technology, and realize the strategic goal of the rise of the central part of Jiangxi Province.
