【摘要】：本文借助物理學上的耦合定義,對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級耦合系統(tǒng)的構成和耦合內容開展了分析,在此基礎上構建了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級指標評價體系,提出了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級耦合模型,并對我國珠三角地區(qū)2003年—2011年的產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的耦合度做出了實證分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級耦合系統(tǒng)之間存在著要素、組織結構和制度上的耦合關系。實證結果表明,我國珠三角地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級耦合關聯(lián)度和耦合協(xié)調度都處于一個比較低的階段,但自2003年以來一直處于緩慢的調整上升狀態(tài),未來有很大的提升空間。
[Abstract]:Based on the physical definition of coupling, this paper analyzes the structure and coupling content of the coupling system of regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading, and then constructs the evaluation system of regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading index. The coupling model of industrial innovation and industrial upgrading is put forward, and the coupling degree of industrial innovation and industrial upgrading in the Pearl River Delta region from 2003 to 2011 is analyzed empirically. It is found that there is a coupling relationship between regional industrial innovation and industrial upgrading system, organizational structure and system. The empirical results show that the coupling correlation degree and coordination degree of industrial innovation and industrial upgrading in the Pearl River Delta region are in a relatively low stage, but since 2003, they have been in a state of slow adjustment and rising. There is a lot of room for improvement in the future.
