【摘要】：本文依據(jù)以Cobb-Douglas生產(chǎn)函數(shù)為基礎(chǔ)建立的三次產(chǎn)業(yè)資源優(yōu)化配置模型,給出了勞動力資源合理配置的估算方法,并利用中國三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)對該方法進行了實證分析。通過分析,本文得出了在產(chǎn)出和資本投入給定情況下,三次產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動力資源的最優(yōu)配置數(shù)量,并使用三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的實際勞動力數(shù)據(jù)以及農(nóng)民工流動數(shù)據(jù)估算了我國勞動力資源配置偏差情況,最后提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the optimal allocation model of tertiary industrial resources based on Cobb-Douglas production function, this paper gives an estimation method of rational allocation of labor resources, and makes an empirical analysis of this method by using the relevant data of three industries in China. Based on the analysis, this paper obtains the optimal allocation of labor resources in three industries under the given output and capital input. Using the actual labor force data of three industries and the data of migrant workers' flow, this paper estimates the deviation of labor resources allocation in our country, and finally puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
