我國區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的評價及空間分布特征分析

【摘要】:區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的綜合評價及其空間分布均衡性是實現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關鍵。本文在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力評價指標體系的構建基礎上,運用因子分析模型,對我國2001~2012年31個省市的創(chuàng)新能力進行了測度。通過區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的聚類分析、空間分布圖和全局Moran指數(shù),直觀地發(fā)現(xiàn)我國區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力空間分布呈現(xiàn)不均衡和空間正相關特征,即我國區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力存在明顯的階梯層次分布,東部沿海地區(qū)創(chuàng)新水平普遍較高,而中部六省創(chuàng)新能力普遍一般,西部地區(qū)創(chuàng)新水平則較為低下,并且這一空間相關程度整體呈現(xiàn)持續(xù)擴大的趨勢。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive evaluation of regional innovation ability and its spatial distribution equilibrium are the key to realize the coordinated and sustainable development of regional economy. Based on the construction of the evaluation index system of regional innovation ability, this paper uses factor analysis model to measure the innovation ability of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2001 to 2012. Through cluster analysis of regional innovation ability, spatial distribution map and global Moran index, it is found that the spatial distribution of regional innovation ability in China is unbalanced and positively correlated. That is, the regional innovation ability of our country has obvious ladder level distribution, the innovation level of the eastern coastal area is generally high, while the innovation ability of the six central provinces is generally general, and the innovation level of the western region is relatively low. And this spatial correlation degree as a whole presents the trend of continuous expansion.
