【摘要】：創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中心任務(wù),根據(jù)我國現(xiàn)階段創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè)的新特征,構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),不斷提高和優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新水平,建立系統(tǒng)、完整的三級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過建立國家創(chuàng)新體系優(yōu)化模型,運(yùn)用相關(guān)檢測(cè)方法,針對(duì)我國創(chuàng)新型優(yōu)化指數(shù),通過評(píng)價(jià)分析,研究我國創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè)的優(yōu)化程度以及建設(shè)中所存在的缺陷,為建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家、優(yōu)化國家創(chuàng)新體系,為創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè)提供科學(xué)依據(jù),為提高我國創(chuàng)新能力提出對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The construction of an innovative country has become the central task of China's economic and social development. According to the new characteristics of China's current construction of an innovative country, the evaluation index of the construction of an innovative country is constructed, and the level of innovation is constantly raised and optimized, and a system is established. A complete three-level evaluation index system. On this basis, through the establishment of the national innovation system optimization model, the use of relevant testing methods, aiming at China's innovative optimization index, through evaluation and analysis, This paper studies the optimization degree and defects in the construction of China's innovative country, provides the scientific basis for the construction of the innovative country, optimizes the national innovation system, and puts forward the countermeasures for improving the innovation ability of our country.
