【摘要】：1978年以來,我國經濟發(fā)展迅速。隨著社會主義市場經濟體制的建立和不斷完善,我國經濟發(fā)展越來越多地依靠市場機制的引導和調節(jié),于此同時,市場需求(包括國內消費需求與國內投資需求,以及出口這一外部需求)對經濟發(fā)展的作用越來越重要�；仡櫸覈@三十多年的經濟發(fā)展歷程,可以看到,我國經濟增長,長期以來都主要依靠出口、投資需求拉動,而消費需求對經濟增長的拉動相對不足。國家金融危機爆發(fā)以后,外部的投資和需求的變化,導致投資和出口增長受阻,對我國經濟的發(fā)展提出了嚴峻的考驗。 本文由此入手,理論聯(lián)系實際,運用比較分析法、邏輯推演法等方法,首先,在分析改革開放三十多年以來我國內外需關系的發(fā)展基礎上,論述了我國擴大外需政策向擴大內需政策的轉變過程,指出了擴大內需政策的提出背景；其次,分析了我國內需的動力現(xiàn)狀,從作為內需的主要組成部分的國內投資需求和國內消費需求著手,層層分析,最終發(fā)現(xiàn)投資需求與消費需求之間、政府消費與居民消費之間、城鎮(zhèn)居民消費與農村居民消費之間的不協(xié)調既是我國內需的動力現(xiàn)狀,又是導致我國內需不足的主要原因之一；再次,從理論上的必要性與實踐上的可行性,論證了農民市民化是擴大內需的一條重要途徑；最后,針對如何推進農民市民化,實現(xiàn)我國內需的擴大提出了一些政策措施。本文的研究成果可以使理論界從一個新的角度去思考擴大內需的途徑,也可以對擴大內需的實際工作起到一定的推動作用。
[Abstract]:Since 1978, China's economy has developed rapidly. With the establishment and continuous improvement of the socialist market economy system, the economic development of our country relies more and more on the guidance and adjustment of the market mechanism. At the same time, the market demand (including domestic consumption demand and domestic investment demand), As well as export this external demand) to the economic development function is more and more important. Looking back on the economic development of our country for more than 30 years, we can see that the economic growth of our country for a long time mainly depends on the export, the investment demand to pull, but the consumption demand to the economic growth is relatively insufficient. After the national financial crisis broke out, the change of external investment and demand caused the growth of investment and export to be blocked, and put forward a severe test to the development of our country's economy. From this point of view, this paper combines theory with practice, using comparative analysis, logical deduction and other methods. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the development of internal and external relations in China since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, This paper discusses the process of transformation from expanding foreign demand policy to expanding domestic demand policy, and points out the background of the policy. Secondly, it analyzes the driving force of domestic demand in China. Starting from the domestic investment demand and domestic consumption demand, which are the main components of domestic demand, and analyzing them layer by layer, we finally find that there is a relationship between investment demand and consumption demand, and between government consumption and resident consumption. The disharmony between urban residents' consumption and rural residents' consumption is not only the driving force of domestic demand in our country, but also one of the main reasons leading to the insufficiency of domestic demand in our country. Thirdly, it is necessary in theory and feasible in practice. Finally, some policies and measures on how to promote the urbanization of farmers and realize the expansion of domestic demand in China are put forward. The research results of this paper can make the theorists think about the ways to expand domestic demand from a new angle, and can also play a certain role in promoting the actual work of expanding domestic demand.
