【摘要】：當(dāng)前中國(guó)貧富差距表現(xiàn)出差距直逼危險(xiǎn)區(qū)、財(cái)富集中度高、差距固化和中等收入群體比重下降等特點(diǎn),貧富差距對(duì)道路選擇、改革發(fā)展、價(jià)值取向、社會(huì)情緒以及社會(huì)安全穩(wěn)定等造成嚴(yán)重影響。因此,深化收入分配制度改革,縮小貧富差距刻不容緩。必須增強(qiáng)加快推進(jìn)收入分配改革的意識(shí),改革的具體政策措施力求科學(xué)性和實(shí)效性,切實(shí)提高勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬在初次分配中的比重,強(qiáng)化政府的宏觀調(diào)控職能。
[Abstract]:At present, the gap between the rich and the poor in China is characterized by the direct danger of the gap, the high concentration of wealth, the solidification of the gap and the decline in the proportion of middle-income groups. The gap between the rich and the poor has a great impact on road selection, reform and development, and value orientation. Social mood and social security and stability and other serious impact. Therefore, it is urgent to deepen the reform of income distribution system and narrow the gap between rich and poor. We must strengthen the consciousness of speeding up the reform of income distribution, strive for scientific and practical measures of the reform, increase the proportion of labor reward in the initial distribution, and strengthen the macro-control function of the government.
