【摘要】：京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,列入國(guó)家"十二五"發(fā)展規(guī)劃,京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)良好開(kāi)端,此外,國(guó)家和河北省出臺(tái)了一系列支持環(huán)首都貧困地區(qū)及燕山——太行山片區(qū)扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)的政策措施,為環(huán)首都貧困地區(qū)加快發(fā)展帶來(lái)了千載難逢的機(jī)遇。本文以既是燕山——太行山片區(qū)國(guó)家扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)重點(diǎn)縣,又是河北省14個(gè)環(huán)北京縣、市、區(qū)之一的豐寧滿族自治縣為例,通過(guò)對(duì)環(huán)首都貧困地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的調(diào)研,找出制約經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的難點(diǎn)和問(wèn)題,提出加快發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議,為各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策提供一些有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:The regional economic integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become a national strategy, which has been included in the 12th Five-Year Plan of the country. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has made a good start. In addition, The government and Hebei province have issued a series of policies and measures to support poverty alleviation and development in the poverty-stricken areas around the capital city and Yanshan-Taihang Mountain region, which has brought a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to accelerate the development of the poverty-stricken areas around the capital city. This paper takes Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, which is not only the key county of national poverty alleviation and development in Yanshan-Taihang Mountain region, but also 14 surrounding Beijing counties, cities and districts in Hebei Province, to investigate the economic development situation of poverty-stricken areas around the capital. This paper finds out the difficulties and problems that restrict the economic development, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for speeding up the development, and provides some valuable references for leaders at all levels to make decisions.
