【摘要】：基于不同理論視角,近年來國內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)界圍繞區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移問題形成了兩個最重要的學(xué)術(shù)論爭:一是大規(guī)模區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移時代是否已經(jīng)到來,二是區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移是否是平衡區(qū)域發(fā)展的有效路徑。區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的實踐探索隨著情勢變化在這兩個層面上展開與演變,即東部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移實踐和中西部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)承接實踐。對區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移未來走勢有三點預(yù)判:市場因素與制度因素共同決定區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的進程與規(guī)模,區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與人口遷移共同構(gòu)建平衡區(qū)域發(fā)展的有效機制,東部的欠發(fā)達地區(qū)與中西部地區(qū)共同成為區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的重要承接地。
[Abstract]:Based on different theoretical perspectives, in recent years, the domestic academic circles have formed two most important academic debates around the problem of inter-regional industrial transfer: first, whether the era of large-scale interregional industrial transfer has arrived, Second, whether the inter-regional industrial transfer is an effective way to balance regional development. The practical Exploration of Interregional Industrial transfer develops and evolves at these two levels with the change of situation, that is, the practice of industrial transfer in the eastern region and the industrial undertaking practice in the central and western regions. There are three predictors on the future trend of inter-regional industrial transfer: market factors and institutional factors jointly determine the process and scale of inter-regional industrial transfer, and interregional industrial transfer and population migration jointly construct an effective mechanism to balance regional development. The underdeveloped areas in the east and the central and western regions have become an important place for industrial transfer.
