【摘要】：正(2015年9月23日)近日,中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)布了《關(guān)于構(gòu)建開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)新體制的若干意見(jiàn)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見(jiàn)》)�！兑庖�(jiàn)》是黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于統(tǒng)籌部署構(gòu)建開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)新體制的指導(dǎo)性文件,是落實(shí)四個(gè)全面戰(zhàn)略布局的重要舉措。《意見(jiàn)》明確了構(gòu)建開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)新體制的基本原則、總體目標(biāo)和重點(diǎn)任務(wù),突出體現(xiàn)了戰(zhàn)略性、系統(tǒng)性和可操作性,是當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期我國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放領(lǐng)域的綱領(lǐng)
[Abstract]:Just recently (September 23, 2015), the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued several opinions on the Construction of a New system of Open economy (hereinafter referred to as "opinions"). The guiding document of the State Council on the overall deployment and construction of a new open economy system is an important measure to implement the four overall strategic arrangements. [opinions] clarify the basic principles, overall objectives and key tasks for building a new open economy system. It is strategic, systematic and operable, and it is the program of our country's opening to the outside world at present and in the future.
