【摘要】：伴隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,國際對外直接投資日益成為國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的重要方式之一。我國無一例外地成為了舉世矚目的對外直接投資大國。對外直接投資作為跨國經(jīng)營的一種主要方式,必然會(huì)面臨不同國家之間以及企業(yè)之間的文化差異。如果投資雙方不足夠重視,那么結(jié)果很有可能引發(fā)我們國家和東道國成員之間的文化沖突,文化沖突一旦升級就極有可能轉(zhuǎn)化為跨文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn),這時(shí)就會(huì)對投資活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生干擾甚至妨礙該活動(dòng)的順利進(jìn)行,從而最終導(dǎo)致整個(gè)經(jīng)營以失敗告終。因此,為了使我國企業(yè)能夠順利地進(jìn)行對外直接投資,如何通過對文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別和分析,建立文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的預(yù)警機(jī)制,進(jìn)而使我國企業(yè)在未來的對外直接投資中有效的避免和規(guī)避這些文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)已成為一項(xiàng)重要的研究課題。本文綜合采用了多種方法對我國企業(yè)對外直接投資過程中的跨文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題以及跨文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理問題進(jìn)行了分析。研究背景中對我國企業(yè)對外直接投資的當(dāng)前情況進(jìn)行了分析,然后在搜集了大量國內(nèi)外學(xué)者跨文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,對現(xiàn)有的跨文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理論進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。接著對我國企業(yè)在國外直接投資過程中的跨文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的表現(xiàn)、根源與影響進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)合上汽并購雙龍的案例系統(tǒng)的分析了我國企業(yè)對外直接投資活動(dòng)中跨文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并針對此案例進(jìn)行跨文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)測度。最后,站在我國企業(yè)的立場,提出了完善我國企業(yè)對外直接投資跨文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的幾點(diǎn)對策。文章最后也對本文所做的工作和得出的結(jié)論進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對今后我國企業(yè)對外直接投資中的跨文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, international foreign direct investment (FDI) has become one of the important ways of international economic cooperation. Without exception, China has become a big country of foreign direct investment (FDI) that attracts worldwide attention. As a main way of transnational operation, foreign direct investment (OFDI) is bound to face the cultural differences among different countries and enterprises. If both sides of the investment do not pay enough attention, the result is likely to lead to a cultural conflict between our country and the members of the host country, and once the cultural conflict is escalated, it is highly likely to translate into cross-cultural risk. At this time, the investment activities will interfere or even hinder the smooth progress of the activities, resulting in the failure of the entire operation. Therefore, in order to enable Chinese enterprises to carry out foreign direct investment smoothly, how to establish the early warning mechanism of cultural risk management through the identification and analysis of cultural risks, Therefore, it has become an important research topic for Chinese enterprises to avoid and avoid these cultural risks effectively in the future foreign direct investment. This paper analyzes the cross-cultural risk and the management of cross-cultural risk in the process of foreign direct investment (FDI) of Chinese enterprises. In the research background, the current situation of foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises is analyzed, and then the existing cross-cultural risk theory is summarized on the basis of collecting a large number of domestic and foreign scholars' cross-cultural risk research. Then it analyzes the expression, root and influence of cross-cultural risk in the process of foreign direct investment. Based on the case of SAIC's merger and acquisition of Ssangyong, this paper analyzes the cross-cultural risk in the foreign direct investment activities of Chinese enterprises, and measures the cross-cultural risk of this case. Finally, from the standpoint of Chinese enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the cross-cultural risk management of foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises. Finally, the paper summarizes the work and conclusions of this paper, and looks forward to the research direction of cross-cultural risk management in foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises in the future.
