【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變動(dòng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)二者的關(guān)系是相互影響、相互促進(jìn)、相互制約的。合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)能夠有效的促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮和發(fā)展；不合理并且又沒(méi)有經(jīng)過(guò)及時(shí)的調(diào)整和改善的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),會(huì)影響制約經(jīng)濟(jì)的有效的可持續(xù)進(jìn)步。反過(guò)來(lái),任何地區(qū)和國(guó)家在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中都要經(jīng)歷產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的演進(jìn)和變化。經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷增長(zhǎng)同時(shí)也會(huì)要求產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相應(yīng)的調(diào)整演進(jìn)、優(yōu)化升級(jí),進(jìn)而與之相適應(yīng),這個(gè)過(guò)程被稱(chēng)為產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的高級(jí)化過(guò)程。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者已經(jīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)規(guī)律以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系,進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)期的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和研究。本論文在總結(jié)和借鑒前人的研究理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)山西省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)表動(dòng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)規(guī)律進(jìn)行了定性、定量的研究,并且提出了相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策建議。 本文以山西省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)為研究對(duì)象,以產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)二者關(guān)系為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,對(duì)山西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。論文一共分成五個(gè)部分。第一部分包括論文的研究背景和研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的文獻(xiàn)綜述、以及論文的研究思路和其中使用的研究方法；第二部分是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的相關(guān)理論說(shuō)明,包括對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)規(guī)律、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)等相關(guān)理論的界定和理解,以及對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)二者關(guān)系的定性分析；第三部分是通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)上的統(tǒng)計(jì)和整理,對(duì)山西省第一、二、三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,進(jìn)而提出了山西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面存在的問(wèn)題,以及對(duì)導(dǎo)致這些問(wèn)題的具體原因的論述；第四部分是對(duì)山西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的協(xié)整分析,通過(guò)定量分析發(fā)現(xiàn),山西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間存在著長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,特別是第二產(chǎn)業(yè)中的重化工產(chǎn)業(yè)部門(mén)；第五部分是針對(duì)山西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的相關(guān)分析,提出優(yōu)化升級(jí)山西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the changes of the industrial structure and the economic growth of the two is mutual influence, mutual promotion and mutual restriction. The rational industrial structure can effectively promote the prosperity and development of the economy, and the unreasonable and untimely adjustment and improvement of the industrial structure will affect the effective and sustainable progress of the economy. In the process of economic development, the region and the country must undergo the evolution and change of the industrial structure. The continuous growth of the economy will also require the corresponding adjustment and evolution of the industrial structure and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. This process is called the advanced process of the industrial structure. The long-term data statistics and research are carried out on the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth. On the basis of summarizing and drawing on the achievements of predecessors' research theory, this paper carries out qualitative and quantitative research on the regulation of industrial structure and economic growth in Shanxi Province, and puts forward the corresponding industrial policy suggestions.
This article takes the industrial structure and industrial structure change of Shanxi Province as the research object, taking the relationship between the industrial structure change and the economic growth two as the main research content, and carries on the empirical analysis to the industrial structure and economic growth of Shanxi province. The thesis is divided into five parts altogether. The first part includes the research background and the research significance of the paper, at home and abroad. Literature review on industrial structure and economic growth as well as the research ideas and methods used in this paper; the second part is the related theoretical explanation of the relationship between industrial structure evolution and economic growth, including the definition and definition of related theories on industry, industrial structure, regional industrial structure, industrial structure evolution law, economic growth and so on. Understanding, as well as the qualitative analysis of the relationship between the changes of industrial structure and economic growth two. The third part is to explain the status of the first, second and three industrial structures in Shanxi province through the statistics and collation of the data, and then put forward the existing problems in the industrial structure of Shanxi Province, and the specific reasons for these problems. The fourth part is the cointegration analysis of the relationship between industrial structure evolution and economic growth in Shanxi province. Through quantitative analysis, it is found that there is a long-term and stable interaction relationship between the industrial structure changes and economic growth in Shanxi Province, especially the heavy chemical industry sector in the second industry, and the fifth part is aimed at the industrial structure and the industrial structure of Shanxi province. The correlation analysis of economic growth puts forward the Countermeasures for optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure of Shanxi province.
