【摘要】：在新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)框架下,本文創(chuàng)新研究方法,首次將脫鉤理論應(yīng)用到區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的定量研究中,采用彈性分析法構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)脫鉤指數(shù),提出了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和擴(kuò)散的判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。以四大經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展區(qū)域?yàn)榭臻g尺度,對1993-2011年我國三個(gè)典型的勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與擴(kuò)散的動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):1993-2011年間,典型勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國四大區(qū)域發(fā)展中存在明顯的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和產(chǎn)業(yè)擴(kuò)散現(xiàn)象。其中,在1993-2005年向東部地區(qū)集聚趨勢明顯;在2006-2011年從東部地區(qū)向外擴(kuò)散,向中、西、東北地區(qū)集聚趨勢明顯;2005年成為我國典型勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與擴(kuò)散的分水嶺。
[Abstract]:In the framework of new economic geography, this paper innovates the research method, applies decoupling theory to the quantitative research of regional industrial transfer for the first time, and constructs the dynamic decoupling index of industry by using elastic analysis method. The criterion of regional industrial agglomeration and diffusion is put forward. Taking the four major economic development regions as the spatial scale, this paper makes an empirical study on the dynamics of the agglomeration and diffusion of three typical labor-intensive industries in China from 1993 to 2011. From 1993 to 2011, it is found that typical labor-intensive industries have obvious phenomenon of industrial agglomeration and industrial diffusion in the development of four regions in China. Among them, from 1993 to 2005, the agglomeration trend toward the eastern region is obvious; from 2006 to 2011, the agglomeration trend is obvious from the eastern region to the outside, and from the middle to the west, the northeast region; in 2005, it becomes the watershed of the typical labor-intensive industry agglomeration and diffusion in China.
