【摘要】：中國的改革開放事業(yè)已歷時30多年,其經(jīng)濟成就和社會效益令世人驚嘆;與此同時,伴隨著改革過程而出現(xiàn)并積累的問題也使形勢令人憂心。中國共產(chǎn)黨作為執(zhí)政黨和改革事業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心,在改革年代采取了一條獨特的發(fā)展道路,使得中國的崛起如此之迅速,然而卻并非一帆風(fēng)順、完美無瑕。改革進程中的諸多問題給政府的治理帶來了各種挑戰(zhàn),針對這些問題,執(zhí)政黨在相應(yīng)的領(lǐng)域?qū)嵤┝藨?yīng)對政策,以期保持其治理的有效性。社會科學(xué)領(lǐng)域從事當(dāng)代中國(暨中國共產(chǎn)黨)研究的學(xué)者具有多樣化的學(xué)科背景,對中國問題的關(guān)注點逐漸從對政權(quán)更迭的預(yù)測轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)h和政府具體的政策實踐和治理路徑的考察。通過這些學(xué)理觀察,學(xué)者們發(fā)現(xiàn),中國的黨和政府應(yīng)對上述政策挑戰(zhàn)的方式在許多方面都是獨一無二的,而將獨特的政策路徑置于比較研究的視野下極具啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:China's reform and opening up has lasted for more than 30 years, and its economic achievements and social benefits have amazed the world. At the same time, the problems that have appeared and accumulated along with the reform process have also made the situation worrisome. The Communist Party of China, as the leading core of the ruling party and the reform cause, adopted a unique development path in the reform years, which made the rise of China so fast, but it was not plain sailing and flawless. Many problems in the reform process have brought various challenges to the governance of the government. In view of these problems, the ruling party has implemented corresponding policies in the corresponding fields in order to maintain the effectiveness of its governance. Scholars engaged in the study of contemporary China (and the Communist Party of China) in the field of social science have diverse academic backgrounds. The focus of attention on China has gradually shifted from the prediction of regime change to the investigation of the specific policy practice and governance path of the Party and the government. Through these theoretical observations, scholars find that the Party and government of China are unique in many ways in dealing with the above policy challenges, and it is very instructive to put the unique policy path in the perspective of comparative research.
