【摘要】：伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,生態(tài)環(huán)境問題日益成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)和困擾人類社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的難題。改革開放以來,我國社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)雖然取得了一定的成就,但同時(shí)也付出了巨大的資源環(huán)境代價(jià),生態(tài)環(huán)境問題成為當(dāng)前制約我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的瓶頸。社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于逐步完善的過程之中,以市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的方式和理念強(qiáng)化對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù)成為可能的途徑之一。因此,研究面向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)問題具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文共分為六個(gè)部分：第一部分闡述了選題的背景及研究意義,并且概述了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于生態(tài)文明的學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn),介紹了研究方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分闡述了生態(tài)文明相關(guān)概念,生態(tài)文明的理論淵源,并提出我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的必要性和重要意義。第三部分從理論上簡(jiǎn)單闡述了社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)文明建設(shè)之間相互促進(jìn)、相互依存的辯證關(guān)系。第四部分闡述了我國社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下生態(tài)文明建設(shè)所面臨的五個(gè)方面的挑戰(zhàn)。第五部分針對(duì)我國社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下生態(tài)文明建設(shè)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn),有針對(duì)性的提出加強(qiáng)我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的對(duì)策建議。第六部分闡述了論文的主要結(jié)論,提出了論文的不足,并對(duì)下一步的研究進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the ecological environment has become the focus of attention and puzzling the sustainable development of human society. Since the reform and opening up, China's socialist modernization has made some achievements, but at the same time, it has also paid a huge cost of resources and environment. The ecological environment problem has become the bottleneck restricting the economic development of our country at present. The socialist market economy is in the process of being perfected step by step. It is possible to strengthen the protection of ecological environment by the way and idea of market economy. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the construction of ecological civilization under the condition of market economy. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part describes the background and significance of the topic, and summarizes the academic literature of domestic and foreign scholars on ecological civilization, and introduces the research methods and innovative points. The second part expounds the related concepts of ecological civilization, the theoretical origin of ecological civilization, and puts forward the necessity and significance of the construction of ecological civilization in China. The third part simply expounds the dialectical relationship between socialist market economy and ecological civilization construction. The fourth part expounds the five challenges faced by the construction of ecological civilization under the condition of socialist market economy in China. In the fifth part, aiming at the challenge of the construction of ecological civilization under the condition of socialist market economy, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization in China. The sixth part describes the main conclusions of the paper, puts forward the shortcomings of the paper, and prospects for the next research.
