【摘要】：伴隨著改革開放,我國經(jīng)濟政策的類型日趨多元和定型,各類政策目標更加具有針對性且均有配置資源的效果。為了正確處理政府和市場的關系,使市場在資源配置中起決定性作用和更好發(fā)揮政府作用,亟待確立競爭政策在經(jīng)濟政策體系中的基礎、核心地位,并在此基礎上理順競爭政策與其他經(jīng)濟政策的關系。確立競爭政策在經(jīng)濟政策體系中的基礎、核心地位,不僅具有理論意義而且具有實踐價值,有助于形成競爭中立的執(zhí)法理念,完善競爭執(zhí)法體制,培育優(yōu)質(zhì)的競爭文化,破解競爭執(zhí)法的難點。
[Abstract]:With the reform and opening up, the types of economic policies in China are becoming more diversified and stereotyped, and all kinds of policy objectives are more targeted and have the effect of allocating resources. In order to correctly handle the relationship between the government and the market, so that the market can play a decisive role in the allocation of resources and give better play to the role of the government, it is urgent to establish the basis and core position of competition policy in the economic policy system. And on this basis straighten out competition policy and other economic policy relations. Establishing the foundation and core position of competition policy in the economic policy system is not only of theoretical significance but also of practical value, which is helpful to the formation of competitive neutral law enforcement idea, the perfection of competition enforcement system, and the cultivation of high quality competition culture. To solve the difficulties of competitive law enforcement.
