【摘要】：中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)是促進(jìn)河南發(fā)展、支撐中部崛起、強(qiáng)化東西聯(lián)動、服務(wù)國家大局的重要方略,也是河南高等教育發(fā)展的絕佳契機(jī),能有效破解高校發(fā)展"錢從哪里來"、"人到哪里去"、"質(zhì)量怎么保"、"學(xué)校怎么辦"等問題。高校在中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)中肩負(fù)著人才培養(yǎng)、科技創(chuàng)新、文化傳承、社會服務(wù)的重要功能,探究中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)賦予高校的責(zé)任和使命,謀劃中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)背景下高校發(fā)展的思路和舉措,對于提升河南高等教育的整體水平,促進(jìn)河南經(jīng)濟(jì)社會快速發(fā)展具有積極作用。
[Abstract]:The construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone is an important strategy for promoting the development of Henan, supporting the rise of the central region, strengthening the linkage between the east and the west, and serving the overall situation of the country. It is also an excellent opportunity for the development of higher education in Henan. It can effectively solve the problems of "where money comes from", "where people go", "how to guarantee quality" and "how to do school". In the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, colleges and universities shoulder the important functions of talent training, scientific and technological innovation, cultural inheritance and social service, and probe into the responsibilities and missions entrusted to colleges and universities by the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone. Planning the ideas and measures for the development of colleges and universities under the background of the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone plays a positive role in promoting the overall level of higher education in Henan and promoting the rapid development of Henan's economy and society.
