【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整是當(dāng)前中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展快速轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期的兩個(gè)重要目標(biāo);關(guān)注一國經(jīng)濟(jì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長不僅要關(guān)注增長的源泉更要關(guān)注增長的結(jié)果;就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷既是考察一國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要評價(jià)指標(biāo)也是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的必然結(jié)果,收入分配狀況是衡量經(jīng)濟(jì)增長結(jié)果的重要因素。區(qū)域?qū)用娴木蜆I(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和收入分配差距演變更能體現(xiàn)擁有有不同要素稟賦和發(fā)展階段的地區(qū)的動態(tài)發(fā)展規(guī)律;論文通過對我國三大區(qū)域“十五”和“十一五”時(shí)期的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和收入分配差距的動態(tài)演變的實(shí)證估計(jì)和省際經(jīng)濟(jì)趨同規(guī)律的識別,詳盡考察了我國東中西三大區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)擴(kuò)張帶來的總量效應(yīng)和結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)規(guī)律,并構(gòu)造省際面板數(shù)據(jù)利用廣義最小二乘法較為系統(tǒng)的估計(jì)了不同區(qū)域內(nèi)部和歷史時(shí)期內(nèi)的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)趨同和收入分配差距之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn): (1)自2000年來,不論是全國層面還是東中西三大區(qū)域內(nèi)部,就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)都朝著高度化方向動態(tài)調(diào)整:東部地區(qū)的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷來自于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整或人力資本量結(jié)構(gòu)等結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)整驅(qū)力引致,中西部地區(qū)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷動力則多來自于經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模擴(kuò)張或政策引導(dǎo)下的非結(jié)構(gòu)性驅(qū)力所致。 (2)2000-2010年間三大區(qū)域省際之間不存在絕對β趨同效應(yīng);但卻存在三大區(qū)域省際條件β趨同(收斂)效應(yīng)和省際σ趨同效應(yīng),同時(shí)在東中西三大區(qū)域內(nèi)部分另存在著以政策區(qū)劃分的俱樂部趨同規(guī)律,各地區(qū)群體趨同速率分別為:2.1%、0.2%和0.2%。 (3)2000-2010年間我國區(qū)域收入分配差距格局演變的主要貢獻(xiàn)因素來自于東部內(nèi)部分異和區(qū)際分異兩部分,東部內(nèi)部分異隨著東部俱樂部趨同規(guī)律將逐漸走向收斂,而區(qū)際分異將逐漸成為全國收入分配差距變化的主導(dǎo)因素。 (4)不論是在全國還是在三大區(qū)域內(nèi)部,在考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)趨同外生的條件下,就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與區(qū)域收入分配差距呈現(xiàn)出負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,若不考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)趨同的影響,就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與城鄉(xiāng)收入差距呈現(xiàn)出正相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The transformation of the mode of economic growth and the adjustment of economic structure are two important goals in the period of rapid economic transformation in China, and the economic growth of a country should be paid attention to not only the source of growth but also the result of growth. The change of employment structure is not only an important evaluation index of a country's economic structure adjustment, but also an inevitable result of industrial structure adjustment. Income distribution is an important factor to measure the result of economic growth. The evolution of employment structure and income distribution gap at the regional level can better reflect the dynamic development law of regions with different factor endowments and stages of development. The paper estimates the dynamic evolution of employment structure and income distribution gap in the period of the Tenth Five-Year Plan and the Eleventh Five-Year Plan in three regions of China, and identifies the laws of economic convergence among provinces. The total and structural effects brought by the economic expansion of the three major regions in the east and west of China are investigated in detail, and the interprovincial panel data are constructed to systematically estimate the employment structure within different regions and in the historical period by using the generalized least square method. The correlation between economic convergence and income distribution gap. (1) since 2000, whether at the national level or within the three major regions of East, West and West, The change of employment structure in eastern China comes from the structural adjustment of industrial structure or human capital structure. The change of employment structure in the central and western regions is mainly caused by the non-structural drive under the guidance of economic scale expansion or policy. From 2000 to 2010, there was no absolute 尾 -convergence effect among the three major provinces, but there was a convergence (convergence) effect and a convergence effect between the three provinces. At the same time, in the three regions of east, west and west, there is also the law of club convergence divided by policy area. The main contribution factors of the evolution of the regional income distribution gap pattern in China from 2000 to 2010 come from the two parts of eastern internal differentiation and interregional differentiation, and the eastern internal differentiation will gradually converge with the convergence law of eastern clubs. And the regional differentiation will gradually become the main factor of the change of the national income distribution gap. 4) whether in the whole country or within the three major regions, there is a negative correlation between the employment structure and the regional income distribution gap, if the influence of economic convergence is not taken into account, There is a positive correlation between the optimization of employment structure and the income gap between urban and rural areas.
