【摘要】：金磚國家合作機(jī)制在戰(zhàn)略理念、宗旨和精神上與"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略存在契合之處:倡導(dǎo)以主權(quán)平等作為根本原則,以共同發(fā)展為目標(biāo),構(gòu)建以合作共贏為核心的新型國際關(guān)系。金磚國家"抱團(tuán)取暖"、互相支持、共同發(fā)聲,"一帶一路"也可視為"金磚理念"在亞歐大陸的實踐。金磚國家合作機(jī)制建設(shè)特別是經(jīng)濟(jì)合作機(jī)制建設(shè),與"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略合作重點相匹配,有利于"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的實施。中俄印-亞歐金磚國家是絲路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵,是亞歐大陸上推動"一帶一路"建設(shè)的"三駕馬車",其中中俄又是核心,形成"雙引擎"。作為金磚國家,巴西、南非分別是美洲和非洲的代表,是外圍,在側(cè)翼起支撐和配合作用,形成"大合唱"。這些都說明,"上海精神"已成為新歐亞大陸的象征,金磚國家合作機(jī)制是推動"一帶一路"建設(shè)的強(qiáng)大助力。
[Abstract]:The BRICS cooperation mechanism agrees with the Belt and Road strategy in terms of strategic concept, purpose and spirit: it advocates taking sovereign equality as the fundamental principle, taking common development as the goal, and constructing a new type of international relations with win-win cooperation as the core. The BRICS countries support each other and speak out together, and Belt and Road can also be seen as a BRICS concept in practice across Asia and Europe. The construction of the BRICS cooperation mechanism, especially the economic cooperation mechanism, is in line with the focus of "Belt and Road" strategic cooperation, and is conducive to the implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy. China, Russia, India-Asia-Europe BRICS countries are the key to the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the "troika" in the Eurasian continent to promote the construction of "Belt and Road", in which China and Russia are the core and form the "twin engines." As BRICS countries, Brazil and South Africa are representatives of the Americas and Africa, the periphery, supporting and coordinating on the flanks to form a "chorus." All this shows that the "Shanghai spirit" has become a symbol of the new Eurasian continent, and the BRICS cooperation mechanism is a powerful help to the construction of Belt and Road.
