【摘要】：近年來(lái),由于領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端、戰(zhàn)略博弈等多種因素的共同作用,亞太地區(qū)各國(guó)的民族主義情緒有日益抬頭之勢(shì)。在此情況下,如何構(gòu)建亞太地區(qū)集體安全機(jī)制成為本地區(qū)各國(guó)面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。APEC作為亞太地區(qū)覆蓋面積最廣的區(qū)域性合作組織,雖然其主要議題集中于經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域,但其本身漸趨呈現(xiàn)的多元均勢(shì)格局和在經(jīng)濟(jì)合作領(lǐng)域的成效為亞太地區(qū)集體安全機(jī)制的構(gòu)建創(chuàng)造了一定基礎(chǔ)。其論壇模式、多平臺(tái)模式和多軌道治理模式如能繼續(xù)發(fā)展,對(duì)于消弭亞太地區(qū)民族主義的消極影響、構(gòu)建亞太地區(qū)集體安全機(jī)制將具有積極的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the joint action of many factors, such as territorial disputes and strategic games, nationalism in the Asia-Pacific region has become increasingly popular. Under such circumstances, how to build a collective security mechanism in the Asia-Pacific region has become a major challenge facing all countries in the region. APEC, as the most extensive regional cooperation organization in the Asia-Pacific region, although its main topics are focused on the economic field, However, the pluralistic balance of power and its achievements in the field of economic cooperation have created a certain foundation for the construction of collective security mechanism in the Asia-Pacific region. If its forum mode, multi-platform mode and multi-track governance mode can continue to develop, it will play a positive role in eliminating the negative influence of nationalism in the Asia-Pacific region and constructing the collective security mechanism in the Asia-Pacific region.
