【摘要】：蘇聯(lián)解體原因一直是國內外相關學者所研究的熱點問題，其中，對蘇聯(lián)經濟體制及其成就的評價，對經濟因素在蘇聯(lián)解體過程中所起作用的認識判斷各異。一部分人對蘇聯(lián)經濟體制持全盤否定的態(tài)度，認為建立蘇聯(lián)經濟模式是導致蘇聯(lián)衰敗的原因。另一些學者則認為，多年來蘇聯(lián)經濟一直沒有得到客觀的評價。蘇聯(lián)經濟體制使俄國從一戰(zhàn)時一個瀕于崩潰的、落后的、農業(yè)為主和文盲占主導的國家在極短的時間內變成了一個強大的工業(yè)國家，其經濟發(fā)展速度也達到世界最高水平。當然，蘇聯(lián)經濟體制也存在著嚴重弊端，其原因既有思想領域的保守僵化，也有在新科技革命領域方面的滯后。論文通過對比俄羅斯、烏克蘭、白俄羅斯、哈薩克斯坦、阿塞拜疆、愛沙尼亞、摩爾多瓦七個加盟共和國在十月革命革命前、蘇聯(lián)時期和蘇聯(lián)解體后的社會經濟發(fā)展情況進行了對比研究，，得出初步的結論：一些國家在革命前處于非常落后的資本主義發(fā)展狀況，或者封建社會發(fā)展狀況，在進入社會主義時期后，社會經濟得到了飛速的發(fā)展，人民生活水平得到質的改善。而在蘇聯(lián)解體后其中多數(shù)國家社會經濟發(fā)展至今仍處于非常嚴重的滯后狀況。這就說明：蘇聯(lián)體制雖然存在很多問題，但并不是導致蘇聯(lián)解體的主要原因。
[Abstract]:The reasons for the disintegration of the Soviet Union have always been a hot issue of the relevant scholars at home and abroad. Among them, the evaluation of the economic system and its achievements of the Soviet Union and its understanding of the role of the economic factors in the disintegration of the Soviet Union. Some people have totally negated the Soviet economic system and believed that the Soviet economic model was the cause of the Soviet Union. Other scholars believe that the Soviet economy has not been objectively evaluated for many years. The Soviet economic system has made Russia a powerful industrial country in a very short period of time from the collapse of a war, backward, agricultural and illiteracy, and its economic development has reached the world. Of course, the economic system of the Soviet Union, of course, has serious drawbacks. The reasons are the conservative and rigid ideological field, and the lag in the new scientific and technological revolution. By comparing Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Moldova, seven republics in the October revolutionary revolution. Before the death of the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union after the disintegration of social and economic development, a comparative study was carried out, and a preliminary conclusion was drawn: some countries were in a very backward capitalist development situation before the revolution, or the development of feudal society. After entering the socialist period, the social economy has developed rapidly and the living standard of the people. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the social and economic development of most of the countries is still in a very serious lag. This shows that the Soviet system has many problems, but it is not the main cause of the disintegration of the Soviet Union.
