【摘要】：武威市金羊鎮(zhèn)是一個城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部,它具有較為獨(dú)特的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢。當(dāng)前,在大力推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)以及新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的背景下,金羊鎮(zhèn)立足自身實(shí)際,在充分挖掘城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部地區(qū)特有的地理、區(qū)位以及自然資源等稟賦的基礎(chǔ)之上,制訂了“一心兩區(qū)”的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,這也是金羊鎮(zhèn)推動經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會全面進(jìn)步的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想。從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論出發(fā),本文認(rèn)為金羊鎮(zhèn)的“一心兩區(qū)”經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略可以大力加快這一城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展并且推動社會的全面進(jìn)步。“一心兩區(qū)”戰(zhàn)略從自身城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部這一實(shí)際出發(fā),可以有效地推動金羊鎮(zhèn)的空間發(fā)展并且有效規(guī)劃金羊鎮(zhèn)的土地布局。首先,從“一心兩區(qū)”的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想來看,它立足于自身作為城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,最大可能發(fā)展金羊鎮(zhèn)作為城市輻射農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的窗口以及城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)互動的橋頭堡作用。其次,從金羊鎮(zhèn)城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部這一內(nèi)在稟賦出發(fā),可以充分利用其在交通和地理資源上的比較優(yōu)勢打造公路沿線產(chǎn)業(yè)帶,管理并且規(guī)劃片域經(jīng)濟(jì),不斷形成特色產(chǎn)業(yè),并有可能進(jìn)一步做大做強(qiáng)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)。最后,在具體的實(shí)施過程中,需要進(jìn)一步完善城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部地區(qū)的空間發(fā)展及其用地布局,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Wuwei Jinyang Town is a combination of urban and rural areas, it has a more unique geographical advantage. At present, under the background of vigorously promoting the new urbanization construction and the new rural construction, Jinyang Town is based on its own reality, and on the basis of fully excavating the unique geography, location and natural resources of the urban and rural areas, The economic and social development strategy of "one mind, two regions" has been formulated, which is also the strategic conception of Jinyang Town to promote economic development and overall social progress. Based on the theory of regional economics, this paper holds that the economic and social development strategy of Jinyang Town can speed up the economic development and promote the overall progress of the society. The strategy of "one mind, two regions" can effectively promote the spatial development of Jinyang Town and effectively plan the land layout of Jinyang Town, starting from the reality of the combination of urban and rural areas. First of all, from the strategic conception of "one mind and two districts", it is based on its location advantage as a combination of urban and rural areas, and it is possible to develop Jinyang Town as the window of urban radiation and rural economy and the bridgehead function of urban-rural economic interaction. Secondly, starting from the inherent endowment of Jinyang Town's urban-rural junction, we can make full use of its comparative advantages in traffic and geographical resources to create industrial belts along the highway, manage and plan the regional economy, and continuously form characteristic industries. And it is possible to further make big and strong characteristic industry. Finally, in the concrete implementation process, it is necessary to further improve the spatial development and land use layout of the urban-rural joint region, and promote the coordinated development of economy and society.
