【摘要】：縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)是中國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)，是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分。作為世界上最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家，改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了快速的發(fā)展,城市經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力大增，但是縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)仍發(fā)展緩慢，，而且在其發(fā)展過(guò)程中面臨著諸多矛盾與問(wèn)題。縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的滯緩已經(jīng)成為阻礙國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素之一。而且縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的總體不平衡性也拉大了各地區(qū)間的差別，影響了我國(guó)社會(huì)主義發(fā)展的整體布局，對(duì)于我國(guó)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)和社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)形成新的挑戰(zhàn)。加快縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展成為我國(guó)建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟(jì)最為必要和迫切的任務(wù)。本文以河北省大名縣為例，通過(guò)對(duì)其縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的分析來(lái)探索中國(guó)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的模式、思路及對(duì)策。 本文主要分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分：緒論。主要闡述了文章的選題背景和研究意義，以及國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究現(xiàn)狀和本文的研究思路。此外，還簡(jiǎn)略地對(duì)大名縣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行概述。為下面對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行理論分析和實(shí)證分析提供平臺(tái)。第二部分：這一部分主要分析了中國(guó)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，包括縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本屬性與特征、縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要地位以及中國(guó)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和面臨的主要問(wèn)題，著重介紹了本文寫(xiě)作的理論基礎(chǔ)和模式，為進(jìn)一步研究中國(guó)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供基礎(chǔ)。第三部分：主要對(duì)大名縣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行剖析，比較詳盡地闡述了大名縣在發(fā)展縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)所遵循的原則、采取對(duì)策、取得的成果、遇到的困難及不足。第四部分：通過(guò)對(duì)第三部分大名縣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式的總結(jié)及分析，提出了推進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的具體思路與對(duì)策。第五部分：結(jié)論部分。對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)，突出了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要作用。并且分析了2013年大名發(fā)展縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)，化挑戰(zhàn)為機(jī)遇，創(chuàng)新工作，努力推動(dòng)大名縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快、跨越發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:County economy is the foundation of China's national economy and an important part of our national economy.As the largest developing country in the world, China's economy has been developing rapidly since the reform and opening up, the strength of urban economy has greatly increased, but the development of county economy is still slow, and it is faced with many contradictions and problems in the process of its development.The sluggish development of county economy has become one of the important factors hindering the development of national economy.Moreover, the overall imbalance in the development of county economy also widens the differences among regions, affects the overall layout of socialist development in China, and poses a new challenge to the overall construction of a well-off society and a harmonious socialist society in China.Speeding up the development of county economy has become the most necessary and urgent task of building socialist modern economy in our country.Taking Daming County of Hebei Province as an example, this paper explores the mode, train of thought and countermeasures of the development of county economy in China through the analysis of the development of its county economy.This paper is divided into five parts.Part one: introduction.This paper mainly expounds the background and significance of the selected topic, the present situation of the research on the county economy at home and abroad and the research ideas of this paper.In addition, there is also a brief outline of the economic development of Daming County.For the following theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the county economy to provide a platform.The second part: this part mainly analyzes the present situation of the development of China's county economy, including the basic attributes and characteristics of the county economy.The important position of county economy in the development of our national economy and the present situation and main problems of the development of county economy in China are introduced. The theoretical basis and model of this paper are introduced emphatically.To further study the development of China's county economy to provide the basis.The third part mainly analyzes the economic development model of Daming County, and expounds in detail the principles followed, countermeasures, achievements, difficulties and deficiencies encountered in the development of the county economy in Daming County.The fourth part: through the summary and analysis of the third part, the author puts forward the concrete ideas and countermeasures to promote the development of the county economy.Part V: conclusion.Summarize the full text and highlight the important role of county economy in the development of national economy.It also analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Daming County economy in 2013, turns the challenges into opportunities, innovates the work, and makes great efforts to promote the county economy to be good and fast, and to develop by leaps and bounds.
