【摘要】：正對(duì)于產(chǎn)能過剩,長(zhǎng)期以來主要是從需求管理來理解的,其治理方法也是通過擴(kuò)大總需求來吸納過剩產(chǎn)能。這一思路很直接,也有其合理之處,但不能從根子上解決問題。特別是,通過擴(kuò)大需求或許暫時(shí)緩解了當(dāng)前的產(chǎn)能過剩,但可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致新一輪的產(chǎn)能過剩。因此,亟待轉(zhuǎn)變治理產(chǎn)能過剩思路,從供給面來尋找途徑
[Abstract]:For a long time, overcapacity is mainly understood from demand management, and its management method is to absorb overcapacity by expanding aggregate demand.This idea is very direct, also has its reasonable place, but cannot solve the problem from the root.In particular, the expansion of demand may have temporarily eased current overcapacity, but could lead to a new round of overcapacity.Therefore, it is urgent to change the thinking of dealing with overcapacity and find ways from the supply side.
