【摘要】：本文基于異質性投資東道國的視角,將發(fā)展中國家OFDI對母國技術創(chuàng)新的作用機理歸納為逆向技術溢出基礎上的研發(fā)反饋效應及人力資本激勵效應,并借助國際RD溢出模型,采用我國2003-2011年的省際面板數據進行相關實證檢驗。研究結果表明:OFDI對我國技術創(chuàng)新的作用已開始突顯;且只有面向發(fā)達東道國的OFDI能夠給我國帶來顯著的逆向技術溢出;總體來說其研發(fā)反饋激勵效應的作用要大于擠出效應,但人力資本激勵效應不顯著。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the heterogeneity of investment from the perspective of the mechanism of developing OFDI on international technology innovation research into reverse technology spillover based on feedback effect and human capital incentive effect, and with the help of international RD spillover model, an empirical test using interprovincial panel data of 2003-2011 years in China. The results show that: OFDI on the technological innovation of our country has begun to highlight; and only developed a host of OFDI can bring significant reverse technology spillover; overall incentive effect of its R & D feedback to crowding out effect, but the incentive effect of human capital is not significant.
