This paper analyzes the relationship between Chinese institutional change, the transformation of dual economy and economic growth by regression method and structural method. Econometric analysis demonstrates that the core factor of Chinese economic high growth is the“post-development-advantage”, not the gradual economic institutional reform. Either from the improvement of growth quality or from marginal contribution, the contribution of industrial structural promotion which result from the transformation...

This paper analyzes the relationship between Chinese institutional change, the transformation of dual economy and economic growth by regression method and structural method. Econometric analysis demonstrates that the core factor of Chinese economic high growth is the“post-development-advantage”, not the gradual economic institutional reform. Either from the improvement of growth quality or from marginal contribution, the contribution of industrial structural promotion which result from the transformation of dual economy is more than that of economic institutional change. The simple privatization is weakening the quality of economic growth. The industrial adjustment should substitute for institutional change and becomes the pillar of Chinese economic growth in the future.

本文利用回歸和結(jié)構(gòu)計量分析方法對經(jīng)濟制度變遷、二元經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型與經(jīng)濟增長之間的關(guān)系進行了計量 ,詳細分析出各種因素對中國經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻 ,證明了中國高速經(jīng)濟增長的核心因素不僅在于漸進式經(jīng)濟制度改革 ,而且得益于轉(zhuǎn)軌的“后發(fā)優(yōu)勢” ;二元經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型引起的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級無論從增長質(zhì)量的改善上還是經(jīng)濟增長的邊際貢獻上都高于經(jīng)濟制度變遷 ;簡單的資本非國有化改革在過去有弱化我國規(guī)模經(jīng)濟以及資本產(chǎn)出效率的作用 ,未來經(jīng)濟改革的核心應當從過去的所有制改革、市場化和開放化轉(zhuǎn)向以二元經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型為主導的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整之上。
