【摘要】：外國(guó)投資無(wú)論對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是發(fā)展中國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展都有著重要的關(guān)系。許多國(guó)家在政策上就支持發(fā)展外國(guó)投資、吸引外國(guó)投資商。本文選擇了對(duì)于蒙古發(fā)展尤為重要的外國(guó)投資這一題目。而中國(guó)一直以來(lái)是蒙古國(guó)的主要投資國(guó)。與相鄰國(guó)家開(kāi)展對(duì)外貿(mào)易,發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系是中國(guó)開(kāi)放政策的一部分。蒙古的外國(guó)投資從90年代至2000年取得了飛速的發(fā)展,然后從2000年后,外國(guó)投資增長(zhǎng)開(kāi)始變得不穩(wěn)定。而蒙古的外國(guó)投資是否穩(wěn)定、快速增長(zhǎng)與蒙古的相關(guān)法律有著直接的關(guān)系。蒙古政治、投資法的不穩(wěn)定,對(duì)發(fā)展外國(guó)投資起到了負(fù)面的影響。2000年前,中國(guó)對(duì)蒙古國(guó)注冊(cè)的投資公司主要分布在餐飲業(yè)、畜牧業(yè)、原料加工業(yè)、輕工業(yè)、食品業(yè)、旅游業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè),運(yùn)輸業(yè)等行業(yè)。然而從2000年后,中國(guó)對(duì)蒙古國(guó)的投資增加了貿(mào)易業(yè)、建筑業(yè)、地質(zhì)學(xué)、礦業(yè)等行業(yè)。根據(jù)各方面統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),2000年后,中國(guó)對(duì)蒙古國(guó)激增投資比較多,所以研究中國(guó)對(duì)蒙古國(guó)投資的現(xiàn)狀與未來(lái)發(fā)展對(duì)蒙古國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展非常重要。本文分為三大大部分,一是外國(guó)投資的相關(guān)理論介紹,二是中國(guó)對(duì)蒙古進(jìn)行投資的發(fā)展歷史介紹,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析出蒙古國(guó)外國(guó)投資的優(yōu)勢(shì)、略勢(shì),三是對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)蒙古國(guó)進(jìn)行外國(guó)投資的現(xiàn)狀及未來(lái)發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行討論。第一部分,首先對(duì)外國(guó)投資理論、外國(guó)投資類型、世界部分國(guó)家發(fā)展外國(guó)投資的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和決定外國(guó)投資的因素進(jìn)行了討論。第二部分中,通過(guò)中國(guó)對(duì)蒙古國(guó)進(jìn)行的投資歷史與現(xiàn)狀,推測(cè)出蒙古外國(guó)投資的略勢(shì)與機(jī)會(huì)。第三部分里,在理論和經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,推測(cè)出未來(lái)及目前中國(guó)對(duì)蒙古國(guó)進(jìn)行外國(guó)投資方向,也希望本文能對(duì)蒙古外國(guó)投資市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Foreign investment plays an important role in the economic development of both developed and developing countries.Many countries support the development of foreign investment and attract foreign investors.This paper chooses the topic of foreign investment, which is particularly important for the development of Mongolia.China has been a major investor in Mongolia.Developing foreign trade with neighboring countries and developing economic relations are part of China's open policy.Mongolia's foreign investment grew rapidly from the 1990's to 2000, and after 2000, the growth began to become unstable.The stability of foreign investment in Mongolia, rapid growth and Mongolia's related laws have a direct relationship.The instability of Mongolian politics and investment law has had a negative impact on the development of foreign investment. 2000 years ago, Chinese investment companies registered in Mongolia were mainly distributed in the catering industry, animal husbandry, raw materials processing industry, light industry, food industry, tourism,Agriculture, transportation and other industries.Since 2000, however, Chinese investment in Mongolia has increased trade, construction, geology and mining.According to the statistical data from various aspects, since 2000, China's investment in Mongolia has increased greatly, so it is very important to study the present situation and future development of China's investment in Mongolia.This paper is divided into three major parts. One is the introduction of foreign investment theory, the other is the history of China's investment in Mongolia. On this basis, the paper analyzes the advantages and trends of foreign investment in Mongolia.The third is to discuss the current situation and future development of China's foreign investment in Mongolia.The first part discusses the theory of foreign investment, the types of foreign investment, the experience of developing foreign investment in some countries in the world and the factors that determine foreign investment.In the second part, through the history and present situation of China's investment in Mongolia, we infer the strategic trend and opportunity of Mongolian foreign investment.In the third part, on the basis of theoretical and empirical research, we speculate that China will invest in Mongolia in the future and at present, and hope that this paper will benefit the development of Mongolian foreign investment market.
