【摘要】：本文基于生命周期理論,運(yùn)用Tobit模型實(shí)證分析了居民家庭金融資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響因素。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著家庭生命周期的發(fā)展,居民家庭持有儲(chǔ)蓄存款的比例呈現(xiàn)先減少后增加的趨勢(shì),而對(duì)于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)的持有比例則呈現(xiàn)倒"U"型,即表現(xiàn)為先增加后減少的趨勢(shì);隨著家庭財(cái)富的增長,居民家庭金融資產(chǎn)中儲(chǔ)蓄占比將下降而風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)的持有比例則將提高;住房對(duì)于居民風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)的持有表現(xiàn)出明顯的"擠出"效應(yīng);家庭投資決策者的受教育程度影響家庭風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)的持有比例,但對(duì)儲(chǔ)蓄資產(chǎn)的持有影響不顯著;家庭負(fù)擔(dān)人口數(shù)與家庭金融資產(chǎn)中儲(chǔ)蓄存款占比正相關(guān),與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)持有比例負(fù)相關(guān);社會(huì)保障健全的家庭持有的儲(chǔ)蓄占比較低;城市居民相對(duì)農(nóng)村居民持有的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)比例更高。
[Abstract]:Based on life cycle theory, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of household financial assets structure by using Tobit model.The results show that: with the development of household life cycle, the proportion of household holding savings deposits decreases first and then increases, while the holding ratio of risky assets shows an inverted "U" type, that is, increases first and then decreases;With the increase of household wealth, the proportion of savings in household financial assets will decrease and the proportion of risk assets will increase.The educational level of household investment decision makers affects the proportion of household risk assets, but the impact on the holding of savings assets is not significant, and the number of household burden population is positively related to the proportion of savings deposits in household financial assets.It is negatively related to the proportion of risky assets held; the proportion of savings held by households with sound social security is relatively low; the proportion of risky assets held by urban residents is higher than that held by rural residents.
