【摘要】：甘肅回族地區(qū)是中國回族形成較早的地區(qū)之一,是一個具有特殊社會經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)和地域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的回族聚居區(qū),經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有較強的歷史性和民族性特征。當(dāng)前,中國西部地區(qū)進入了一個新的發(fā)展階段,面臨著承接中東部產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的重要時刻,關(guān)注甘肅回族地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展是具有重要意義的,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代化是必然選擇。 本文將甘肅回族地區(qū)作為一個整體來研究,對地區(qū)內(nèi)部的分異性進行了進一步的討論,在求同存異的基礎(chǔ)上提出了經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的路徑。從民族經(jīng)濟學(xué)的角度入手,較為關(guān)注甘肅回族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的民族因素,科學(xué)的提出了宗教文化,例如教派門宦制度對回族經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要影響,分析了民族文化與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)系,為該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展指出了較為獨特的思路,包括回族經(jīng)濟文化圈的構(gòu)建、特色經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的方向。 首先,論文回顧了甘肅回族地區(qū)的形成歷史,以唐代伊斯蘭教傳入甘肅為起點,以回族的形成為線索,歸納了四個歷史時期,介紹了回族地區(qū)的形成過程。并對回族地區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀展開論述�；刈宓貐^(qū)的形成與其自然地理條件、人文條件緊密相關(guān),論文以此入手分析了回族地區(qū)內(nèi)部在自然、人文、人口上的分異性,深入剖析了該地區(qū)的內(nèi)部特征。其次,論文基于回族地區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,對傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟的空間結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和所有制結(jié)構(gòu)分析,以此為切入點具體到傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的類型,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的弊端并具體的指出影響其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的因素。通過對回族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的歷史和現(xiàn)狀分析,回族地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)代化已經(jīng)刻不容緩,研究的目的正是為了提出一條適合甘肅回族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的路,它并不只是理論層面的探討,是在了解了該地區(qū)實際情況的基礎(chǔ)上,從民族經(jīng)濟適應(yīng)性的角度給出了回族經(jīng)濟與現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的共通之路。通過提高城鎮(zhèn)化水平,統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展,構(gòu)建回族經(jīng)濟文化圈,以及加強地區(qū)與外部合作,才能實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的宏觀目標(biāo)。 論文的最后,對實現(xiàn)回族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)代化的可操作性進行了論證,從微觀的層面對實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)代化的路徑做了分析,指出了回族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展路徑——走特色經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Gansu Hui nationality region is one of the areas where Hui nationality was formed earlier in China. It is a special social economic structure and regional spatial structure of Hui nationality concentrated area. The economic development has strong historical and national characteristics.At present, the western region of China has entered a new stage of development, facing an important moment to undertake the industrial transfer in the central and eastern part of China. It is of great significance to pay attention to the economic development of the Hui nationality region in Gansu Province, and it is inevitable to realize the modernization of the economic development.In this paper, the Hui nationality region in Gansu Province is studied as a whole, and the differentiation within the region is further discussed, and the path of economic development is put forward on the basis of seeking common ground while reserving differences.From the point of view of national economics, the author pays more attention to the national factors of economic development in Gansu Hui nationality area, and scientifically puts forward religious culture, such as the important influence of sectarian official system on the economic development of Hui nationality.This paper analyzes the relationship between national culture and economic development, and points out some unique ideas for the economic development of the region, including the construction of the economic and cultural circle of the Hui nationality and the direction of the development of the characteristic economy.Firstly, the paper reviews the history of the formation of the Hui nationality area in Gansu Province, starting from the introduction of Islam into Gansu in the Tang Dynasty and taking the formation of the Hui nationality as a clue, sums up four historical periods and introduces the forming process of the Hui nationality region.The present situation of Hui nationality area is discussed.The formation of Hui nationality area is closely related to its natural geographical condition and humanistic condition. This paper analyzes the difference among the natural, human and population in the Hui nationality area, and deeply analyzes the internal characteristics of the region.Secondly, based on the traditional economic development of the Hui nationality region, the paper analyzes the spatial structure, industrial structure and ownership structure of the traditional economy.In order to find the drawbacks of economic development and specific factors affecting its economic development.By analyzing the history and present situation of the economic development of the Hui nationality region, the economic modernization of the Hui nationality area has become urgent. The purpose of the study is to put forward a road suitable for the economic development of the Hui nationality region in Gansu Province.It is not only a theoretical discussion, but also a common way for the development of the Hui nationality economy and the modern economy from the point of view of the adaptability of the national economy on the basis of understanding the actual situation in the region.Only by improving the level of urbanization, coordinating the development of urban and rural areas, constructing the economic and cultural circle of the Hui nationality, and strengthening regional and external cooperation, can the macro goal of economic transformation be realized.At the end of the paper, the maneuverability of realizing the economic modernization of the Hui nationality area is demonstrated, the path of realizing the economic modernization is analyzed from the micro level, and the path of the economic development of the Hui nationality region is pointed out.
