【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化趨勢(shì)的進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)，區(qū)域之間的聯(lián)系、互動(dòng)也更加的頻繁，為了進(jìn)一步提升地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)在全國(guó)甚至是全球的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的構(gòu)建和區(qū)域之間經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的程度就成為決定其在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中所處地位的重要因素。近年來(lái)，區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在我國(guó)先后出現(xiàn)，沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)借助振興東北老工業(yè)基地的東風(fēng)，充分整合遼寧中部城市群的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，極大地促進(jìn)了整個(gè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的提升。國(guó)家從戰(zhàn)略層面上出發(fā)，以新型工業(yè)化為重點(diǎn)，設(shè)立沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)為綜合配套改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)，其根本目的在于逐步建立較為成熟的新型工業(yè)化市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系，并形成發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)的新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展模式，進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)東北老工業(yè)基地全面振興。 本文立足于從經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)整體出發(fā)，以經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)內(nèi)部各城市的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相似程度、城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、城市間協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的條件為主線，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的理論和實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)，運(yùn)用相關(guān)數(shù)學(xué)公式及分析模型，分析各城市間的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相似程度及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)力，來(lái)試圖分析經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題，并提出相關(guān)的具體解決措施。 本文主要采用定量分析和定性分析相結(jié)合的方法，，從產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的視角出發(fā)，利用因子分析模型對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)城市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。文章第一部分、第二部分為本文研究的背景、意義、相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論綜述；第三部分則從定量和實(shí)證的角度出發(fā)，分析沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀及各城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度；第四部分則針對(duì)前文經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，分析了沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的條件及其在整體協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題；第五部分提出相對(duì)應(yīng)的解決措施；第六部分則對(duì)文章進(jìn)行最后總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the further strengthening of the trend of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the relationship and interaction between regions are becoming more frequent. In order to further enhance the competitiveness of regional economies in the whole country and even globally,The construction of regional industrial clusters and the coordinated development of regional economy become the important factors that determine the position of regional industrial clusters in the competition.In recent years, regional industrial clusters have emerged in China. Shenyang Economic Zone has fully integrated the development of urban agglomeration in central Liaoning with the help of the Dongfeng of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, which has greatly promoted the upgrading of the economic strength of the whole region.From a strategic point of view, the state has set up the Shenyang Economic Zone as a comprehensive experimental area for reform, with the emphasis on new industrialization. Its fundamental purpose is to gradually establish a relatively mature new industrialized market economy system.And forms the new industrialization development pattern which exerts its own superiority, then realizes the northeast old industrial base to revitalize in an all-round way.This paper is based on the economic zone as a whole, taking the present situation of industrial structure development, the degree of similarity of industrial structure, the competitiveness of urban economic development and the conditions of coordinated development among cities as the main line.Referring to the theory and practical experience of coordinated development of regional economy at home and abroad, using relevant mathematical formulas and analytical models, this paper analyzes the degree of similarity of industrial structure and economic development strength among cities.This paper tries to analyze the problems existing in the coordinated development of economic zone industry, and puts forward some concrete solutions.This paper mainly adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, from the perspective of coordinated development of industry, using factor analysis model to analyze the present situation of urban industry development in economic zone.The first part of the article, the second part is the background of this study, significance, related domestic and foreign research status and regional industry coordinated development of the relevant theory review; the third part from the quantitative and empirical perspective,This paper analyzes the present situation of the industrial structure of Shenyang economic zone and the economic development degree of each city. The fourth part is aimed at the present situation of the industrial structure development of the former economic zone.This paper analyzes the conditions of the coordinated development of Shenyang Economic Zone and the existing problems in the overall coordinated development; the fifth part puts forward the corresponding solutions; the sixth part is the final summary of the article.
