【摘要】：甘肅省在十二五規(guī)劃中提出了跨越式發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，，跨越式發(fā)展必然要求對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。也從另一方面說明了甘肅省現(xiàn)在的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在一定的問題。甘肅省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在什么問題？如何解決這些問題？本文就是針對上述問題對甘肅省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀和對影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的生產(chǎn)要素進(jìn)行了分析。 本文首先通過對實(shí)證分析、對比分析方法對甘肅省三個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，得出了甘肅省三個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題。第二章通過實(shí)證分析、對比分析、模型分析方法對甘肅省的生產(chǎn)要素情況進(jìn)行了分析，一方面得出甘肅產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題，另一方面得出了一些調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的一些結(jié)論。第三章根據(jù)前兩章分析的結(jié)果總結(jié)出甘肅產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題，并針對這些問題提出了一些產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化建議。最后一章是為了達(dá)到優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Gansu Province put forward a leapfrog development strategy in the 12th Five-Year Plan. The great-leap-forward development inevitably requires the adjustment of the industrial structure. On the other hand, it shows that there are certain problems in the industrial structure of Gansu Province. What are the problems in the industrial structure of Gansu Province? How to solve these problems? This paper analyzes the present situation of the industrial structure of Gansu Province and the factors of production affecting the industrial structure. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of three industrial structures in Gansu Province by empirical analysis and comparative analysis, and concludes the existing problems of the three industrial structures in Gansu Province. Chapter two, through empirical analysis, comparative analysis. The model analysis method analyzes the production factors in Gansu province. On the one hand, the problems of Gansu industrial structure are obtained. On the other hand, it draws some conclusions of adjusting the industrial structure. The third chapter summarizes the problems existing in Gansu industry according to the results of the first two chapters. Some suggestions for industrial optimization are put forward. The last chapter is the policy recommendations to achieve the goal of optimization.
