【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略是塑造未來的一種努力。對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展來說既是一門科學也是一門藝術(shù)。一方面需要給予人直覺地判斷,一方面也需要綜合大量信息進行理性分析。同時戰(zhàn)略還需要通過思考將內(nèi)外部資源與能力進行協(xié)調(diào),從而達成可執(zhí)行的行動計劃。戰(zhàn)略對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的意義不言而喻,本人結(jié)合工作實際獲取了論文研究所需的第一手信息和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料。本著“發(fā)現(xiàn)問題一分析問題一解決問題”的邏輯思路,本文以上海松江經(jīng)濟區(qū)作為實證研究的主體,通過對松江經(jīng)濟區(qū)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行充分的分析,明晰出其發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢,以區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論為依據(jù),發(fā)掘出今后松江經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)應(yīng)當建立的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略體系,并明確這些發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施,松江經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)應(yīng)該堅持實施高端化、輕型化、品牌化戰(zhàn)略,以完善產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和強化產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚為重要抓手,提升優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力,提高整體產(chǎn)業(yè)的配套能力；推進區(qū)域產(chǎn)學研一體化進程,提升產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新和科技含量；提升松江現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系對松江新城、上海國際化大都市乃至長三角都市圈產(chǎn)業(yè)的支撐和綜合服務(wù)功能。
[Abstract]:Strategy is an effort to shape the future. It is both a science and an art for economic development. On the one hand, there is also a need to synthesize a large amount of information for rational analysis. At the same time, the strategy also requires the coordination of internal and external resources and capacities through reflection, leading to an executable plan of action. The significance of the strategy for economic development is self-evident, I have obtained the first hand information and relevant data of the thesis research in combination with the actual work. Based on the logic thinking of "discovering problem-analyzing problem-solving problem", this paper takes the Songjiang Economic Zone of Shanghai as the main body of empirical research. Through the full analysis of the internal and external environment of Songjiang Economic Zone, the advantages and disadvantages of its development are clarified. Based on the theory of regional development strategy, the development strategy system should be established in Songjiang Economic Development Zone in the future. And clear the implementation of these development strategies, Songjiang Economic Development Zone should adhere to the implementation of high-end, light, brand strategy, to improve the industrial chain and strengthen industrial agglomeration as an important hand, to enhance the core competitiveness of superior industries. To improve the supporting capacity of the whole industry; to promote the process of regional integration of industry, education and research, to enhance the innovation and scientific and technological content of the industry; to upgrade the modern industrial system of Songjiang on the Songjiang New City, Shanghai international metropolis and even the Yangtze River Delta metropolitan area industry support and comprehensive service function.
