【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)滬州市創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研,從企業(yè)科研投入及建設(shè)、企業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施、科技人才的引進(jìn)等方面,結(jié)合外出考察、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查以及企業(yè)座談等形式,得出滬州市當(dāng)前在創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)科技體制機(jī)制改革中主要存在的問(wèn)題,并根據(jù)問(wèn)題有針對(duì)性地提出相關(guān)建議,以供參考。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the innovation-driven development in Huzhou City, from the aspects of enterprise scientific research investment and construction, the transformation of enterprise scientific and technological achievements, the implementation of intellectual property strategy, the introduction of scientific and technological talents, and so on, In the form of questionnaire survey and enterprise discussion, the main problems existing in the innovation drive system and mechanism reform of science and technology in Huzhou are obtained, and the relevant suggestions are put forward according to the problems for reference.
