【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟的確立，使得各種生產(chǎn)要素可以在全球范圍內(nèi)自由流動。原來相對封閉的區(qū)域，也逐漸參與到全球化的競爭。對一些區(qū)域而言，其利益共享，相互依賴的程度不斷加深。我國在參入全球化的競爭中，，產(chǎn)業(yè)分工體系發(fā)生著深刻的變革，東部沿海地區(qū)為了發(fā)展新興產(chǎn)業(yè)，迫切需要淘汰落后產(chǎn)業(yè)，向中、西部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移產(chǎn)業(yè)的步伐不斷加快。中、西部地區(qū)為了加快新型工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展步伐，主動承接東部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移出的產(chǎn)業(yè)，這樣，不僅有利于縮小地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差距，協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，而且使得全國范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)分工布局得到合理優(yōu)化。 民族地區(qū)在大力發(fā)展經(jīng)濟，縮小地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差距時，必須努力發(fā)揮自身獨特的經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢，主動承擔國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式，帶動地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。本文正是在民族地區(qū)承接國內(nèi)外地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移產(chǎn)業(yè)的大背景下，對民族地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)系進行初步探討和實證分析。本文總共分為七章，每章的主要內(nèi)容如下： 第一章，介紹了研究的背景、意義及國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的文獻綜述； 第二章，介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)概念、分類及模式； 第三章，介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移動因及效應分析； 第四章，介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的機理分析； 第五章，闡明了民族地區(qū)承接國內(nèi)外地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的SWOT分析； 第六章，分析了民族地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，從影響民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的因素出發(fā)，選擇面板數(shù)據(jù)建立計量模型，分析產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系，并進行單位根檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗、Granger因果檢驗； 第七章，總結(jié)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展關(guān)系的結(jié)論，對民族地區(qū)如何更好的承接國內(nèi)外地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)空間分工布局，形成合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)分工體系提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of modern market economy, various factors of production can flow freely around the world. The previously relatively closed regions are gradually participating in the competition of globalization. For some regions, their benefits are shared. China's industrial division system is undergoing profound changes in the competition of globalization. In order to develop new industries in the eastern coastal areas, there is an urgent need to eliminate backward industries. In order to speed up the pace of the development of new industrialization and urbanization, the western region has taken the initiative to undertake the industries transferred out of the eastern region, which is not only conducive to narrowing the gap in regional economic development, Coordinate the development of regional economy, and make the distribution of industrial division of labor in the whole country to be optimized rationally. In vigorously developing the economy and narrowing the gap in regional economic development, ethnic minority areas must exert their unique economic advantages, take the initiative to undertake industrial transfer at home and abroad, optimize the industrial structure, and change the mode of economic development. To promote regional economic development. It is precisely against the background that ethnic regions undertake the transfer of industries from domestic and foreign areas, the industrial transfer to ethnic areas is carried out. The relationship between industrial structure adjustment and regional economic development is preliminarily discussed and empirically analyzed. This paper is divided into seven chapters, and the main contents of each chapter are as follows:. The first chapter introduces the background, significance and literature review of industrial transfer at home and abroad. The second chapter introduces the concept, classification and mode of industrial transfer and industrial structure. The third chapter introduces the causes and effects of industrial transfer. Chapter 4th introduces the mechanism of industrial transfer to promote the adjustment of industrial structure; Chapter 5th, expound the SWOT analysis of the national regions to undertake the industrial transfer at home and abroad; Chapter 6th analyzes the present situation of industrial development in ethnic minority areas, starting from the factors that affect the economic development of minority areas, selects panel data to establish a measurement model, and analyzes the industrial transfer. The relationship between the adjustment of industrial structure and the economic development of ethnic areas, and the unit root test, cointegration test and Granger causality test; Chapter 7th summarizes the conclusions of the relationship between industrial transfer, industrial structure adjustment and the economic development of minority areas, how to better undertake the industrial transfer at home and abroad and optimize the layout of industrial spatial division of labor in minority areas. The formation of a reasonable system of industrial division of labor put forward relevant policy recommendations.
