【摘要】：文章在中國經(jīng)濟(jì)由二元發(fā)展階段向新古典增長階段過渡的大背景下,首先分析了長三角地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長所面臨的結(jié)構(gòu)性減速、人口紅利消失和資本報(bào)酬遞減問題。進(jìn)而,基于科技進(jìn)步的視角,從制度設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)效率、資源配置、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移等4個(gè)層面提出了長三角地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長由投資驅(qū)動(dòng)型向全要素生產(chǎn)率驅(qū)動(dòng)型轉(zhuǎn)變的路徑;從而揭示了科技進(jìn)步與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長向全要素生產(chǎn)率驅(qū)動(dòng)型轉(zhuǎn)變的內(nèi)在邏輯統(tǒng)一關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the transition of Chinese economy from dual development stage to neoclassical growth stage, this paper first analyzes the structural deceleration of economic growth, the disappearance of demographic dividend and the decline of capital return in the Yangtze River Delta region. Based on the perspective of scientific and technological progress, this paper puts forward the path of economic growth in Yangtze River Delta from investment-driven to total factor productivity-driven from four levels: system design, production efficiency, resource allocation and technology transfer. Thus, it reveals the internal logic unity relationship between scientific and technological progress and economic growth to total factor productivity driven transformation.
