【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)在空間上集中在一起，形成相對(duì)于同行業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢，這在世界范圍內(nèi)己經(jīng)不是個(gè)別的現(xiàn)象，對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的研究吸引了地理學(xué)家、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、企業(yè)家的普遍興趣。中國的工業(yè)集聚在現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的理論引進(jìn)之后的近些年發(fā)展的如火如茶，一時(shí)間產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚遍地開花，仿佛只要集聚就能拉動(dòng)區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。而另一方面，工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)又往往與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚聯(lián)系在一起。因此，產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)是當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的兩個(gè)重要方面，對(duì)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展也有非常重要的作用，研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的影響具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在已有的針對(duì)我國工業(yè)集聚的研究中，針對(duì)區(qū)域案例的定性分析比較多，而關(guān)于工業(yè)集聚的整體狀況的定量分析比較少，從產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的角度研究產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響則更少。鑒于此，本文作者在分析總結(jié)了近年來產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建了本文的研究思路，就是通過分析技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)、本地市場效應(yīng)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施因素對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)路徑的影響，，構(gòu)建長三角制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚影響模型。作者首先比較了長三角制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)狀、未來的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)趨勢，并以統(tǒng)計(jì)和實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)加以佐證，然后在實(shí)證模型中，將研究框架構(gòu)建的三個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚影響因素作為主要分析因素，綜合產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚影響因素的其他方面，如勞動(dòng)力成本、市場化水平和企業(yè)規(guī)模因素，運(yùn)用面板計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法，根據(jù)最新的數(shù)據(jù)，實(shí)證分析目前影響長三角三省市產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的影響因素的發(fā)展變化，并且將技術(shù)溢出、本地市場效應(yīng)、交通運(yùn)輸條件對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的影響嘗試進(jìn)行了初步的解釋。最后作者根據(jù)前文分析的長三角制造業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)狀及實(shí)證結(jié)果，總結(jié)了長三角制造業(yè)集聚和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的幾點(diǎn)結(jié)論和政策建議。
[Abstract]:Industries are clustered together in space to form a competitive advantage over the same industry, which is no longer an individual phenomenon in the world. The research on industrial agglomeration has attracted geologists and economists. The general interest of entrepreneurs. China's industrial agglomeration, after the introduction of modern industrial agglomeration theory, has developed as hot as tea in recent years, and industrial agglomeration has blossomed everywhere in a single time. On the other hand, the upgrading of industrial structure is often associated with industrial agglomeration. Therefore, industrial agglomeration and industrial upgrading are two important aspects of economic development in the world today. It has important theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of industrial agglomeration on industrial upgrading. There are more qualitative analysis on regional cases, but less quantitative analysis on the overall situation of industrial agglomeration, and less research on the impact of industrial structure from the perspective of industrial agglomeration. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the literature review of industrial agglomeration and industrial upgrading in recent years, the author constructs the research idea of this paper, which is to analyze the technology spillover effect. The influence of local market effect and infrastructure factors on the path of industrial upgrading, and the model of industrial agglomeration of manufacturing industry upgrading in Yangtze River Delta are constructed. Firstly, the author compares the present situation of industrial agglomeration in manufacturing industry in Yangtze River Delta. The dynamic trend of industrial upgrading in the future is supported by statistical and empirical data. Then, in the empirical model, the three influencing factors of industrial agglomeration constructed by the research framework are taken as the main analysis factors. Integrating other factors of industrial agglomeration, such as labor cost, marketization level and enterprise scale factors, using panel econometrics method, according to the latest data, Empirical analysis of the current impact of the Yangtze River Delta three provinces and cities industrial agglomeration factors development and change, and technology spillover, local market effects, The impact of transportation conditions on industrial upgrading is preliminarily explained. Finally, the author analyzes the current situation and empirical results of manufacturing agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta. The conclusions and policy suggestions of manufacturing agglomeration and industrial upgrading in Yangtze River Delta are summarized.
