【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展帶來環(huán)境污染的加劇,政府越來越重視環(huán)境問題,經(jīng)濟增長與環(huán)境污染之間的辯證關(guān)系已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的熱點問題。怎樣讓人們在追逐富裕的物質(zhì)文化生活的基礎(chǔ)上同時擁有一個良好的生活環(huán)境,這是政府和學(xué)者們研究經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的最終目的。 本文通過延吉市1990年至2012年的經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境指標的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)進行詳細的分析,總結(jié)出延吉市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護之間關(guān)系的問題所在,指出延吉市經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的必要性,立足于延吉市經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的實際情況,提出促進延吉市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的建議。本文根據(jù)環(huán)境經(jīng)濟學(xué)的相關(guān)理論和大量的數(shù)據(jù)圖表,運用理論分析與實證分析相結(jié)合的方法,從三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面來描述延吉市整體經(jīng)濟變動趨勢,并以近20年的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù)和環(huán)境相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),利用庫茨涅茨曲線對人均GDP和工業(yè)廢水、工業(yè)廢氣、固體廢棄物、汽車尾氣分別進行分析。分析結(jié)果表明,延吉市人均GDP和各個環(huán)境指標協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度除工業(yè)廢水和人均GDP之間的關(guān)系處于協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展之外,其它的指標都在處于不協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展階段。因此,延吉市應(yīng)在對環(huán)境治理方面加大投入的同時,制定出相應(yīng)的政策,早日使延吉市經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境進入?yún)f(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展階段。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the government pays more and more attention to the environmental problem. The dialectical relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution has become a hot issue for scholars at home and abroad. This is the ultimate goal of the government and scholars to study the harmonious development of economy and environment. Through the detailed analysis of the statistical data of economic and environmental indicators from 1990 to 2012 in Yanji City, this paper summarizes the problems in the relationship between economic development and environmental protection in Yanji City. It is pointed out that the necessity of coordinated development of economy and environment in Yanji is based on the actual situation of coordinated development of economy and environment in Yanji. This paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the coordinated development of economy and environment in Yanji City. According to the relevant theories of environmental economics and a large number of data and charts, this paper applies the method of combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis. This paper describes the overall economic change trend in Yanji from the aspect of three industrial structure, and based on the economic development data and environment related data of recent 20 years, using Kuznets curve to analyze the GDP per capita, industrial waste water, industrial waste gas and solid waste. The analysis results show that the degree of coordinated development of GDP per capita and various environmental indicators in Yanji is not only the relationship between industrial wastewater and per capita GDP, but also the coordinated development. Other indicators are in the stage of uncoordinated development. Therefore, Yanji City should increase investment in environmental management and formulate corresponding policies at the same time, so as to make Yanji city economy and environment enter a coordinated development stage as soon as possible.
