【摘要】：縣域在面積、人口、產(chǎn)值等方面,在整個(gè)國(guó)家中都占有非常高的比例。因此,研究縣域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有重大的意義。同時(shí),縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,’對(duì)解決我國(guó)當(dāng)前突出存在的城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題以及建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村都有著積極而重大的影響。 論文主要以區(qū)域發(fā)展理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo),以SWOT方法的研究思路為框架,對(duì)平潭的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇與威脅等方面通過(guò)系統(tǒng)分析法以及對(duì)比分析法等主要方法進(jìn)行剖析�；诖�,論文就平潭主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇進(jìn)行了規(guī)范分析,提出平潭主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇首先應(yīng)當(dāng)要充分發(fā)揮平潭的近臺(tái)優(yōu)勢(shì)和作為海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)橋頭堡的政策優(yōu)勢(shì),積極地承接臺(tái)灣優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)移。同時(shí),也應(yīng)該看到平潭在發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)漁業(yè)和旅游業(yè)方面的不足,力求將平潭傳統(tǒng)的兩大目標(biāo)發(fā)展行業(yè)進(jìn)行一個(gè)有效的整合,走出一條平潭地域特色顯著的現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展路子——休閑漁業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The county area occupies a very high proportion in the area, population and output value of the whole country. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the economic development of the county area to promote the development of the national economy. The development of county economy has a positive and important influence on solving the outstanding problems of urban-rural dual structure and building a new socialist countryside. Guided by the theory of regional development and the theory of industrial economics, the paper takes the research ideas of SWOT method as the framework, to the advantages and disadvantages of Pingtan. Opportunities and threats are analyzed by system analysis and comparative analysis. Based on this, the paper analyzes the choice of Pingtan leading industry. It is proposed that the choice of Pingtan leading industry should first of all give full play to Pingtan's advantages near Taiwan and its policy advantage as a bridgehead of the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Strait, and actively undertake the transfer of Taiwan's superior industries. We should also see the deficiencies of Pingtan in the development of traditional fisheries and tourism, and strive to integrate the two major objectives of Pingtan tradition into an effective integration, and find out a way to develop Pingtan with remarkable regional characteristics-leisure fishery.
