【摘要】：本文以2007—2012年中部六省上市公司年度數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型分別在省際和行業(yè)層面考察政府補(bǔ)貼的運(yùn)用效果。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),作為政府干預(yù)市場(chǎng)的一種直接手段,政府補(bǔ)貼在不同省份產(chǎn)生的效果不一樣,經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源、地理位置等方面相對(duì)具有優(yōu)勢(shì)的省份,政府補(bǔ)貼能夠給上市公司帶來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,而沒(méi)有優(yōu)勢(shì)的省份,政府補(bǔ)貼不能改善上市公司的業(yè)績(jī);對(duì)不同行業(yè)政府補(bǔ)貼發(fā)揮的作用也不相同,產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩、沒(méi)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的行業(yè),政府補(bǔ)貼的效果不盡如人意,但政府重點(diǎn)支持的行業(yè),比如農(nóng)業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè),補(bǔ)貼的支出效果相對(duì)較好。
[Abstract]:Based on the annual data of listed companies in six central provinces from 2007 to 2012, this paper uses the panel data model to investigate the effect of government subsidies at the provincial and industry levels, and finds out that it is a direct means for the government to intervene in the market. Government subsidies have different effects in different provinces. In provinces with relative advantages in economy, resources, geographical location, and so on, government subsidies can bring economic benefits to listed companies, but not those provinces with no advantages. Government subsidies can not improve the performance of listed companies; the role of government subsidies to different industries is also different. Industries with overcapacity and no competitive advantage, the effect of government subsidies is not satisfactory, but the industries that the government focuses on supporting, For example, agriculture, real estate, subsidies of the expenditure effect is relatively good.
