【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,各種資源面臨短缺的困境,傳統(tǒng)的粗放型發(fā)展模式由于對(duì)資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重并造成了一系列社會(huì)和生態(tài)等問(wèn)題,已不適合未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向。循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)作為一種新的發(fā)展模式,從物質(zhì)和能量的角度構(gòu)建閉環(huán)型的流動(dòng)體系,形成資源的內(nèi)部循環(huán),不僅可以減少對(duì)外部資源的依賴,而且可以提高資源的綜合利用率。區(qū)域循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)是循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的具體化,旨在促進(jìn)區(qū)域內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源和生態(tài)環(huán)境等系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行,根據(jù)區(qū)域的具體情況,構(gòu)建適宜區(qū)域發(fā)展的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式。 本文在系統(tǒng)把握循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從不同視角分析了區(qū)域發(fā)展和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,構(gòu)建了區(qū)域循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型,并以定西市作為研究對(duì)象,在明確定西市循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)部條件和外部環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上并運(yùn)用熵值法對(duì)定西市循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,同時(shí)從構(gòu)建和優(yōu)化重點(diǎn)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的角度提出了定西市生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)、生態(tài)工業(yè)和生態(tài)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的具體對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy, all kinds of resources are facing the dilemma of shortage. The traditional extensive development model has caused a series of social and ecological problems due to the serious waste of resources. Circular economy, as a new development model, constructs a closed-loop flow system from the perspective of matter and energy to form the internal circulation of resources, which can not only reduce the dependence on external resources. Moreover, it can improve the comprehensive utilization rate of resources. Regional circular economy is the embodiment of circular economy research, which aims to promote the coordinated operation of regional economy, resources and ecological environment, according to the specific conditions of the region. To construct a circular economy model suitable for regional development. On the basis of systematically grasping the relevant theories of circular economy development, this paper analyzes the internal relationship between regional development and circular economy from different perspectives, constructs the evaluation system and evaluation model of regional circular economy, and takes Dingxi City as the research object. On the basis of defining the internal conditions and external environment of the circular economy development in Dingxi City, and using entropy method, the paper makes an empirical study on the development level of the circular economy in Dingxi City. At the same time, from the point of view of constructing and optimizing the industrial chain of key circular economy, the paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures for the development of ecological agriculture, ecological industry and ecological service industry in Dingxi city.
