【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)居民收入分配問(wèn)題是當(dāng)前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中表現(xiàn)突出且有待解決的問(wèn)題之一。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,居民收入水平的穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng),城鎮(zhèn)居民內(nèi)部的收入差距日益加劇,收入分配的不均衡直接關(guān)系到全體社會(huì)成員的利益分配,也關(guān)系到國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展和社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定團(tuán)結(jié),因此城鎮(zhèn)居民收入差距過(guò)大問(wèn)題不僅僅是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題,同時(shí)也是一個(gè)政治問(wèn)題和社會(huì)問(wèn)題。 本文以天津市濱海新區(qū)為例,通過(guò)分析2009年—2012年濱海新區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)居民收入相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),并聯(lián)系實(shí)際,對(duì)濱海新區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)居民收入差距過(guò)大的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳盡剖析,同時(shí)對(duì)各種收入差距的合理程度進(jìn)行分析,得出濱海新區(qū)存在高低收入群體之間、由壟斷導(dǎo)致的不同行業(yè)之間、不同地區(qū)機(jī)關(guān)事業(yè)單位之間等三方面不合理的收入差距,通過(guò)定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,研究導(dǎo)致濱海新區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)居民收入差距過(guò)大的原因,進(jìn)一步分析收入分配差距帶來(lái)的社會(huì)影響,最后從多個(gè)角度提出針對(duì)性的對(duì)策和建議,以縮小城鎮(zhèn)居民收入差距,促進(jìn)濱海新區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The income distribution of urban residents is one of the outstanding and unsolved problems in the economic and social development of our country. Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of social economy, the income level of residents has steadily increased. The income gap among urban residents is increasing day by day. The imbalance of income distribution is directly related to the benefit distribution of all members of society, and also to the healthy development of the national economy and the stability and unity of the society. Therefore, the problem of income gap between urban residents is not only an economic problem, but also a political and social problem. This paper takes Binhai New area of Tianjin as an example, through analyzing the related statistical data of urban residents' income in Binhai New area from 2009 to 2012, and connecting with the actual situation, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the present situation of excessive income gap among urban residents in Binhai New area. At the same time, by analyzing the reasonable degree of various income gap, we can conclude that there are three unreasonable income gaps in Binhai New area, such as between high and low income groups, between different industries caused by monopoly, between institutions and institutions in different regions, etc. Through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper studies the causes of excessive income gap among urban residents in Binhai New area, and further analyzes the social impact of income distribution gap. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from many angles to narrow the income gap of urban residents and promote the coordinated and healthy economic development of Binhai New area.
