【摘要】：改革開放以來，中國經濟取得了舉世矚目的成績，對外貿易是經濟發(fā)展的發(fā)動機這一論題再次得到了論證，，并且對外貿易總量在經濟總量中占據著重要的地位，與此同時產業(yè)結構的調整也逐漸穩(wěn)步的展開，兩者之間到底是怎樣的關系、存在什么問題需亟待解決，都需要我們去研究從而為我們的經濟發(fā)展服務。在此過程中，新疆的對外貿易也有了飛速發(fā)展，尤其是新疆的地緣優(yōu)勢給新疆的發(fā)展帶了獨具特色的競爭力，為了更好的保證和促進新疆的經濟良好健康發(fā)展，研究對外貿易與產業(yè)結構之間的關系具有重要的意義。 當前的研究重點主要集中在產業(yè)結構和經濟增長，以及對外貿易與經濟增長之間的關系上，關于對外貿易和產業(yè)結構調整之間的研究不多，專門針對新疆的相關研究則更少，其理論體系尚未形成[1]。因此本文從新疆的對外貿易和產業(yè)結構入手，從理論和計量實證兩個方面展開，結合新疆具有的獨特的地緣特點和資源特點，分析對外貿易和產業(yè)結構之間存在的內部聯系，以及一方在受到外部沖擊時會對另一方產生怎樣的影響以及產生影響的作用時間長短，以此為依據形成一個相對比較完善的分析結果，提出新疆產業(yè)結構調整、對外貿易拓展以及能夠促進經濟穩(wěn)定長期發(fā)展的政策建議，希望能夠為新疆的經濟發(fā)展和產業(yè)結構調整提供些許的幫助。 本文由六個部分構成，第一部分是導論，主要介紹本課題的研究背景、目的和意義，并且說明論文的研究方法以及創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分為文獻綜述部分，主要對國內外相關文獻進行綜述，然后對文獻進行總結與評價。第三部分為對外貿易與產業(yè)結構相關理論介紹，主要從對外貿易相關理論、產業(yè)結構相關理論，以及產業(yè)結構與對外貿易相互關系理論三個方面著手，分別對其進行闡述，這也是本文以及相關論題文章的理論基礎和依據。第四部分為新疆區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展現狀描述和分析，主要從新疆的對外貿易現狀、產業(yè)結構現狀、發(fā)展形式與趨勢等方面著手，找出本區(qū)域與全國其他地方存在的差異及特殊性，為后文的分析做好鋪墊。第五部分為新疆的對外貿易和產業(yè)結構之間的實證分析，運用ADF檢驗、協整、格蘭杰因果檢驗以及脈沖響應函數等方法，分析兩者之間的關系，找出變量之間的相互影響大小及作用時間長短，計算出每個變量沖擊相對重要性，最后根據實證結果分析兩者的優(yōu)化趨勢。第六部分為結論分析和政策建議。本部分主要是對上部分實證結果的分析，在綜合分析的基礎上提出對外貿易和產業(yè)結構改進方法和政策建議，以期實現兩者長期良好的互動，相互促進并一起保證新疆經濟又好又快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has made remarkable achievements, the topic that foreign trade is the engine of economic development has been demonstrated again, and the total volume of foreign trade occupies an important position in the total economic volume. At the same time, the adjustment of the industrial structure is gradually developing steadily. What is the relationship between the two, and what problems need to be solved. In this process, the foreign trade of Xinjiang also has rapid development, especially the geographical advantage of Xinjiang has brought unique competitiveness to the development of Xinjiang. It is of great significance to study the relationship between foreign trade and industrial structure in order to ensure and promote the healthy development of Xinjiang economy. The current research focuses on the industrial structure and economic growth, as well as the relationship between foreign trade and economic growth, and there is little research on the relationship between foreign trade and industrial structure adjustment. However, there is less research on Xinjiang, and its theoretical system has not yet been formed. [Therefore, this paper starts with the foreign trade and industrial structure of Xinjiang, starts from two aspects of theory and econometrics, and combines the unique geographical characteristics and resource characteristics of Xinjiang. This paper analyzes the internal relationship between foreign trade and industrial structure, and how one side will have an impact on the other when it is under external impact and the duration of the impact. Based on the results of a relatively perfect analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the adjustment of industrial structure, the expansion of foreign trade and the promotion of economic stability and long-term development in Xinjiang. Hope to provide some help for Xinjiang's economic development and industrial structure adjustment. This paper is composed of six parts, the first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of this topic, and explains the research methods and innovations of the paper. The second part is the literature review part. The third part is the introduction of foreign trade and industrial structure related theory, mainly from the foreign trade related theory, industrial structure related theory. And the relationship between industrial structure and foreign trade theory of three aspects, respectively, to elaborate. This is also the theoretical basis and basis of this paper and related articles. Part 4th describes and analyzes the current situation of Xinjiang's regional economic development, mainly from the current situation of Xinjiang's foreign trade and industrial structure. To find out the differences and particularities between this region and other places in China. The 5th part is the empirical analysis between the foreign trade and industrial structure of Xinjiang, using ADF test, cointegration, Granger causality test and impulse response function. Analyze the relationship between the two, find out the size of the interaction between variables and the duration of action, calculate the impact of each variable relative importance. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis of the optimization trend of both. 6th part is the conclusion analysis and policy recommendations. This part is mainly the analysis of the above part of the empirical results. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, the paper puts forward the methods and policy suggestions for the improvement of foreign trade and industrial structure, in order to realize the long-term good interaction between the two, promote each other and ensure the sound and rapid development of Xinjiang's economy together.
