【摘要】：地方普通高校是與區(qū)域聯(lián)系最為緊密的創(chuàng)新組織。當(dāng)前,改革進入深水區(qū),經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)型和升級需要依靠創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。地方高校服務(wù)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展,在科研定位與創(chuàng)新導(dǎo)向、平臺建設(shè)與創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動關(guān)系、政策激勵與企業(yè)對接等方面尚存在不少問題。為此,地方高校要整合優(yōu)勢資源,進行合理科研定位;通過共建創(chuàng)新平臺模式,促進行業(yè)、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展;通過建設(shè)良好的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動生態(tài)環(huán)境,運用系統(tǒng)失靈理論激活和控制高校的創(chuàng)新服務(wù)活動,達到高校有效服務(wù)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略的目標。
[Abstract]:Local colleges and universities are the most closely linked with the regional innovation organizations. At present, the reform into deep water areas, economic transformation and upgrading needs to rely on innovation-driven development strategy. Local colleges and universities serve regional innovation-driven development. There are still many problems in scientific research orientation and innovation orientation, platform construction and innovation driving relationship, policy incentive and enterprise docking, etc. Therefore, local colleges and universities should integrate advantage resources and carry out rational scientific research orientation. To promote the innovation and development of the industry and enterprises through the establishment of the innovation platform model; By constructing a good innovation-driven ecological environment and applying the theory of system failure to activate and control the innovative service activities in colleges and universities, we can achieve the goal of effective service innovation-driven strategy in colleges and universities.
