【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化日趨深化，國際間的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的重要性逐漸加強(qiáng)，能夠有效的參加國際分工，合理利用資源實(shí)現(xiàn)資源優(yōu)化配置，加強(qiáng)與其他國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)交流，是促進(jìn)一國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要舉措。當(dāng)今時(shí)代是科技是第一生產(chǎn)力的時(shí)代，，促進(jìn)俄羅斯與中國的科技合作和技術(shù)交流是兩國科技發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿ΓH技術(shù)合作機(jī)制，實(shí)現(xiàn)兩國科技經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國。 俄羅斯經(jīng)過幾年的經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)軌,現(xiàn)在保持經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的增長是各方面發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和前提。俄羅斯入世為其經(jīng)濟(jì)增長提供了契機(jī)，普京二次當(dāng)選俄羅斯的總統(tǒng)同時(shí)主張“新經(jīng)濟(jì)”，兩個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)為俄羅斯高科技的發(fā)展奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。選擇適宜的國家創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長和國家整體競爭力的提升無疑起著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文通過對(duì)俄羅斯的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新進(jìn)程和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了解，分析了中俄兩國在技術(shù)貿(mào)易上合作關(guān)系，提出了一定的建議。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization and the deepening of regional economic integration, the importance of international economic cooperation is gradually strengthened, which can effectively participate in the international division of labor and rationally use resources to achieve the optimal allocation of resources. Strengthening economic exchanges with other countries is an important measure to promote the economic development of a country. To promote scientific and technological cooperation and technical exchange between Russia and China is the main driving force for the development of science and technology between the two countries. After several years of economic transition, it is the basis and premise of all aspects of development to maintain the sustained and stable growth of the economy, and Russia's entry into the WTO provides an opportunity for its economic growth. Putin's re-election as Russia's president also advocates a "new economy". The two opportunities lay a solid foundation for the development of high technology in Russia. The choice of appropriate national innovation strategy will undoubtedly play a vital role in the sustained and stable growth of the economy and the promotion of the overall competitiveness of the country. To understand the technological innovation process and current situation in Russia. This paper analyzes the cooperative relationship between China and Russia in technology trade, and puts forward some suggestions.
