【摘要】：學(xué)者對(duì)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究興起于1997年亞洲金融風(fēng)暴，虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生于實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)，寄生于實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)，它的發(fā)展壯大，給實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)共同構(gòu)成了現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行體系，它們就像經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的“兩條腿”，缺一不可。 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的融合程度越來(lái)越深，各國(guó)的金融深化與金融自由化自覺與不自覺的向深度推進(jìn)，虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的規(guī)模日前已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)。虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的作用具有“兩面性”，發(fā)展的得當(dāng)能夠促進(jìn)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，若過(guò)度膨脹將會(huì)給實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)造成巨大的負(fù)面沖擊。國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳發(fā)布的《關(guān)于金融支持經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的指導(dǎo)意見》明確要求，發(fā)展虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的目的是為了服務(wù)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)。本文的研究目的在于通過(guò)對(duì)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)發(fā)展關(guān)系的研究，為虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)更好的服務(wù)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)提供一些政策建議。 本文首先通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)綜述將國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的研究成果做一個(gè)梳理；其次，，在理論上對(duì)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析，實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)是虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)，二者之間的平衡發(fā)展能相互促進(jìn)，二者之間若產(chǎn)生過(guò)度背離，將會(huì)對(duì)彼此產(chǎn)生消極的影響；再次，通過(guò)實(shí)證對(duì)我國(guó)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和我國(guó)股市是否與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)背離進(jìn)行研究，結(jié)果表明我國(guó)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)仍處于成長(zhǎng)期，發(fā)展?jié)摿薮�。我�?guó)股市并沒(méi)有背離實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)，而是呈長(zhǎng)期均衡的關(guān)系；最后，為我國(guó)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)更好的服務(wù)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)提出了一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:The research on virtual economy arose in 1997 in the Asian financial storm. Virtual economy emerged from the real economy, parasitic on the real economy, its development and growth. It brings new opportunities and challenges to the real economy field. The virtual economy and the real economy constitute the modern economic operation system together. They are like the "two legs" of the economic system. With the deepening of the integration of economic globalization, the financial deepening and financial liberalization in various countries are advancing consciously and unconsciously. The scale of virtual economy has exceeded the real economy far before. The virtual economy has two sides to the real economy, and the proper development of virtual economy can promote the development of real economy. If excessive expansion will cause a huge negative impact on the real economy. The State Council General Office issued the "Financial support for economic restructuring and transformation and upgrading" clear requirements. The purpose of developing virtual economy is to serve the real economy. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between virtual economy and real economy. For the virtual economy to better serve the real economy to provide some policy recommendations. In this paper, first of all, through the literature review, scholars at home and abroad on the virtual economy and the real economy research results to do a comb; Secondly, the theoretical analysis of the relationship between virtual economy and real economy, the real economy is the basis of virtual economy, the balanced development between the two can promote each other, if there is excessive deviation between the two. Will have a negative impact on each other; Thirdly, through empirical research on the development of virtual economy in China and whether the stock market deviates from the real economy, the result shows that the virtual economy of our country is still in the growing period. China's stock market does not deviate from the real economy, but has a long-term equilibrium relationship; Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward for our virtual economy to serve the real economy better.
