【摘要】：文章從軟實(shí)力、區(qū)域軟實(shí)力概念入手,并以長江三角洲為例,研究了地方性知識的傳承、發(fā)展在構(gòu)建區(qū)域軟實(shí)力中的核心作用,以及地方性知識構(gòu)建區(qū)域軟實(shí)力所需的外部政策環(huán)境。研究結(jié)論認(rèn)為:改革開放以來,長江三角洲表現(xiàn)出明顯的區(qū)域軟實(shí)力,這種軟實(shí)力是該地區(qū)地方性知識長期積淀、浸潤,在改革開放的新形勢下有效發(fā)揮作用的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Starting with the concept of soft power and regional soft power and taking the Yangtze River Delta as an example, this paper studies the central role of local knowledge transmission and development in the construction of regional soft power. The conclusion of the study is that the Yangtze River Delta has shown obvious regional soft power since the reform and opening up. This soft power is the result of long-term accumulation and infiltration of local knowledge in the region and its effective effect under the new situation of reform and opening up.
