【摘要】:近年來,中國經(jīng)濟的迅速增長引起了日益嚴峻的資源短缺和環(huán)境惡化問題。再制造實踐可有效解決產(chǎn)品回收處理環(huán)節(jié)的環(huán)境問題及面臨的資源短缺問題。因此再制造對改變我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式,緩解日益嚴重的資源和能源矛盾具有重要意義。但由于我國再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)目前仍處于起步階段,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響尚不明晰。因此,研究我國再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對宏觀經(jīng)濟的作用及影響十分必要,有助于為政府制定和調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)政策提供科學依據(jù)。本文基于再制造相關(guān)理論及前人研究,結(jié)合各國再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出研究問題。基于投入/產(chǎn)出的相關(guān)理論與方法,結(jié)合再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)本身特點的研究,建立了含有再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的投入/產(chǎn)出宏觀經(jīng)濟影響模型,運用該模型分析再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的投入、產(chǎn)出變化對其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合決策試驗與實驗室評估法(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,以下簡稱"DEMATEL"方法),建立含有再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的投入/產(chǎn)出--DEMATEL集成模型,該模型產(chǎn)生的因果關(guān)系圖可以更直觀有效地分析再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中的地位及對其他各部門的聯(lián)動影響,及在國民經(jīng)濟中的相對地位。最后,以中國目前最新的投入/產(chǎn)出表——2007年中國投入/產(chǎn)出表為例進行實證分析:通過對中國典型發(fā)動機再制造企業(yè)進行調(diào)研及再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的研究,取得再制造過程的相關(guān)投入/產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù),運用再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)宏觀經(jīng)濟影響模型定量分析了再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟影響,并運用投入/產(chǎn)出-DEMATEL集成模型分析了再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國國民經(jīng)濟中的地位,同時分析了再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的出現(xiàn)對國民經(jīng)濟其他部門的一系列聯(lián)動影響。研究得出:再制造的出現(xiàn)可以在滿足等量社會總需求的前提下減少社會總投入,同時將刺激傳統(tǒng)的“高污染、重能耗”型產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)出減少。分析結(jié)果對于政府指導我國再制造實踐具有一定的啟示與指導意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years. The rapid growth of Chinese economy has caused the increasingly severe problems of resource shortage and environmental deterioration. The remanufacturing practice can effectively solve the environmental problem and the shortage of resources in the process of product recovery and treatment. Changing the mode of economic development in China. It is of great significance to alleviate the increasingly serious contradiction between resources and energy. However, the impact of industry development is not clear because the remanufacturing industry in China is still in its infancy. It is necessary to study the role and influence of the development of China's remanufacturing industry on the macro-economy, which is helpful to provide the scientific basis for the government to formulate and adjust industrial policies. This paper is based on the related theory of remanufacturing and previous studies. Based on the theory and method of input / output, combined with the characteristics of the remanufacturing industry itself, this paper puts forward the research problems in the light of the current situation of the remanufacturing industry in various countries. An input / output macroeconomic impact model with remanufacturing industry is established. The model is used to analyze the impact of the input and output changes of the remanufacturing industry on other industries. Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory were combined with decision test and laboratory evaluation. Hereinafter referred to as "DEMATEL" method, an input / output integrated model with remanufacturing industry is established. The causality diagram produced by this model can be used to analyze the status of remanufacturing industry in the national economy, the linkage effect on other departments, and the relative position in the national economy more intuitively and effectively. Taking the latest input / output table in China 2007 as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the typical engine remanufacturing enterprises in China and the status quo of the remanufacturing industry. The relevant input / output data of the remanufacturing process are obtained, and the economic impact of the remanufacturing industry is quantitatively analyzed by using the macroeconomic impact model of the remanufacturing industry. The status of remanufacturing industry in China's national economy is analyzed by using input-output DEMATEL integrated model. At the same time, it analyzes a series of linkage effects of the remanufacturing industry on other sectors of the national economy. It is concluded that the emergence of remanufacturing can reduce the total social investment on the premise of satisfying the equal amount of total social demand. At the same time, it will stimulate the traditional "high pollution, heavy energy consumption" industry to reduce the output. The analysis result has certain enlightenment and guiding significance for the government to guide our country's remanufacturing practice.
