【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)區(qū)域間的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差距日益為人們所關(guān)注。我國(guó)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的差距,既表現(xiàn)為東中西部三大區(qū)域之間的差距和省際間的差距,也表現(xiàn)為城市之間的差距。經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)界對(duì)區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差距的研究中,所采用的一種重要的方法就是研究不同區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的收斂性。 經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的收斂性,是指各經(jīng)濟(jì)體的人均收入水平的差距變小的趨勢(shì)。不論是新古典的增長(zhǎng)理論還是后來(lái)的內(nèi)生增長(zhǎng)理論,都能對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的收斂性做出解釋。對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)收斂性最標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究方法,就是σ收斂和β收斂分析法。 論文首先運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的收斂性分析方法,以我國(guó)31個(gè)省和35個(gè)省會(huì)和計(jì)劃單列城市2001年到2011年11年間的數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,對(duì)我國(guó)城市和省際間經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的收斂性分別進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)35個(gè)大城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)存在顯著的。收斂和絕對(duì)p收斂特征,而同時(shí)期省際的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中,無(wú)論是σ收斂和絕對(duì)β收斂都不存在,省際間實(shí)際人均收入差距有不斷擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì)。這與大多數(shù)學(xué)者對(duì)近期數(shù)據(jù)的研究結(jié)果是一致的,但不同的是,論文中沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)一些學(xué)者所認(rèn)為的東中西部各省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的俱樂(lè)部收斂。 論文進(jìn)一步對(duì)造成城市和省際間經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)不同收斂性的原因進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)中西部地區(qū)省份固定投資,人力資本具有顯著的向大城市集中的趨勢(shì),大城市的對(duì)外開(kāi)放程度的提升也快于城市以外的地區(qū)。而東部省份這些因素卻沒(méi)有明顯的變化趨勢(shì)。這使得中西部地區(qū)大城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度高于其所在省份增長(zhǎng)速度,在東中西部省際差距擴(kuò)大的同時(shí),城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)卻有趨同于東部大城市的趨勢(shì)。 最后,基于縮小區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差距和更好的發(fā)揮大城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)輻射作用的考慮,文中嘗試性地提出了加大對(duì)中西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的政策傾斜力度,制訂合理的城市結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展政策等政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the gap between China ' s regional economic development is more and more concerned . The gap between China ' s regional economic development is not only the gap between the three regions of the east and the west , but also the gap between the provinces , and the gap between cities . In the study of the gap between the regional economic development , the important method is to study the convergence of economic growth between different regions . The convergence of economic growth means that the gap between the per capita income level of the economies becomes smaller . Both the new classical growth theory and the later endogenous growth theory can explain the convergence of the economic growth . This paper first applies the standard convergence analysis method to analyze the convergence of the economic growth between cities and provinces in China from 2001 to 11 years in 31 provinces and 35 provinces and planned cities in China . The paper further studies the causes of the different convergence of the economic growth between cities and provinces , and finds that the fixed investment in the central and western provinces , the human capital has a remarkable tendency to concentrate in the big cities , and the increase of the opening degree of the big cities is faster than that in the cities other than the cities . The economic growth rate of the big cities in the central and western regions is higher than that of the provinces in the east and the west , and the urban economic growth is approaching the trend of the east big cities . Finally , based on the consideration of narrowing the regional economic development gap and better playing the role of economic growth radiation in the big cities , this paper tries to put forward some policy suggestions such as increasing the policy inclination to the economic development of the central and western regions and developing rational urban structure development policies .
